Ռուս բլոգերը Լապշինի արտահանձնումը միջազգային իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում է համարում

Մոսկվայից ժամանած բլոգեր Անտոն Նոսիկը համարձակություն է դրսևորում ազատորեն խոսել և կարծիք հայտնել Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների շուրջ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` Արցախում անցկացվող բլոգերների ֆորումի մասնակից, Մոսկվայից ժամանած բլոգեր Անտոն Նոսիկը, ով առաջին անգամ է Արցախում, նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր չէ նեղանալ իր գրածներից, քանի որ ինքը միայն նրա իշխանությունների մասին չէ, որ գրում է:
«Կան տարբեր երկրներ, որտեղ տարբեր հայացքների տեր մարդիկ ապրում են կողք կողքի, բանավիճում ու քննարկումներ իրականացնում, կան երկրներ էլ, որտեղ որոշակի կարծիքի համար կարող են մարդուն հետապնդել ամբողջ աշխարհով մեկ և դատապարտել: Իմ աշխատանքը ազատ մտքեր արտահայտելն է: Կան ռեժիմներ, որ դա ընդունում են, կան, որ ուզում են միայն իրենց կարծիքը գոյություն ունենա, իսկ մնացածի համար մարդիկ բանտ են ուղարկվում: Ես պատրաստ չեմ հաշվի նստել այս ռեժիմների հետ: Եթե նրանք ուզում են վախեցնել, ես չեմ ուզում վախենալ», - ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի արտահանձնման իրողությանը՝ բլոգերը նշեց, որ դա միջազգային իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում էր:
«Ետխորհրդային տարածքում Լուկաշենկոն խորամանկ քաղաքականություն է վարում: Նրա համար կարևոր են գազի և նավթի շուրջ Բաքվի հետ հարաբերությունները, իսկ մարդու իրավունքները, խոսքի ազատությունը ոչ մի արժեք չեն ներկայացնում: Ես պատրաստ չեմ այս հետաքրքրությունների հետ հաշվի նստել: Ես ոչ մի կապ չունեմ ալիևյան կլանի հետ, ինչը կկաղապարի ինձ բարձրաձայնել այն, ինչ ես մտածում եմ նրանց ռեժիմի մասին», - ընդգծեց բլոգերը:
Նա նաև հավելեց, որ Ստեփանակերտը, ի տարբերություն Երևանի և Թբիլիսիի, որոնք ավելի շատ միջոցներ ունեն քաղաքաշինության համար, ավելի խնամված տեսք ունի:
