Գեղեցկությունը հարաբերական հասկացություն է։ Այն կախված է բազմաթիվ մանրուքներից, որոնց մեջ կարևոր տեղ են զբաղեցնում վարսերը։

Adme-ն գրում է, որ վարսերը սխալ խնամելու արդյունքում կարող եք վնասել դրանք։ Վատ տեսք ունեցող վարսերը փչացնում են ամբողջ կերպարը, այնպես որ խուսափեք այս սխալներից։

1.      Շամպունի սխալ ընտրություն։ Ընտրեք այնպիսի շամպուն, որը համապատասխանում է ձեր վարսերին։ Սովորաբար, տուփերին գրված է, թե դրանք ինչ տիպի վարսերի համար են։

 

 

2.      Շատ հաճախ կամ հազվադեպ վարսերը լվանալ։ Վարսերը լվանալու հաճախականությունը կախված է  ձեր վարսերի տեսակից։ Եթե դրանք յուղոտ են, ապա լվացեք 1-2 օրը մեկ անգամ։

 

 

3.      Շամպունի սխալ օգտագործում։ Մինչ վարսերը լվանալը, դրանք պետք է սանրել։ Օգտագործվող շամպունի քանակությունը կախված է վարսերի երկարությունից։ Շամպունի չարաշահումը կարող է փչացնել վարսերը։ Մինչ շամպունը քսելը՝ այն պետք է փրփրացնել և հետո միայն քսել վարսերի արմատներին։ Մերսող շարժումներով պետք է տարածել շամպունը, սակայն զգույշ եղեք, քանի որ կարող եք վնասել գլխամաշկը։

 

 

4.      Խոնավեցման ու սնուցման պակաս։ Վարսերը շատ արագ կորցնում են խոնավությունը, այնպես որ պետք է բալզամներ օգտագործել։ Դրանք կարելի է քսել շամպունի հետ միասին կամ դրանցի հետո։ Բալզամը պետք է  քսել վարսերի ամբողջ երկարությանը, սակայն այնպես, որ գլխամաշկը չներծծի։ Շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի բալզամը համապատասխանի ձեր վարսերի տիպին։ Դիմակները կարող եք օգտագործել շաբաթը մեկ անգամ։

 

 

5.      Ջրի ջերմաստիճանի սխալ ընտրությունը։ Չի կարելի վարսերը լվանալ շատ տաք ջրով։ Պետք է լվանալ գոլ ջրով։ Հենց այս ջերմաստիճանի ջուրն է օգնում լվանալ վարսերն ու թարմացնել դրանք։

 

 

6.      Վարսերը չորացում սրբիչի միջոցով։ Վարսերը լվանալուց հետո պետք չէ դրանք սրբիչով չորացնել։ Կոշտ սրբիչը կարող է վնասել վարսերի արմատները։ Եթե ցանկանում եք, որ դրանք շուտ չորանան, ապա օգտագործեք բամբակյա շապիկ։

 

 

7.      Հաճախակի և ագրեսիվ սանրում։ Թաց վարսերը պետք չէ միանգամից սանրել։ Դրանք պետք է մի փոքր չորացնել ու մատներով բացել։ Այնուհետև կարող եք զգուշորեն սանրել։ Եթե ագրեսիվ սանրեք, վարսերը կճյուղավորվեն։

 

8.      Վարսահարդարման գործիքների հաճախակի օգտագործում։ Ֆենն ու նմանատիպ այլ գործիքները հանում են վարսերի խոնավությունն ու դրանք չոր դարձնում։ Այսպես, վարսերը հեշտությամբ ճյուղավորվում ու կոտրվում են։ Եթե հաճախ եք դրանք օգտագործում, ապա անպայման ջերմապաշտպան սփրեյ փչեք վարսերին։

 

 

9.      Ֆենի սխալ օգտագործում։ Նախ թաց վարսերը պետք է մի փոքր չորացնել, և միայն հետո ֆենով չորացնել՝ արմատներից դեպի ծայրեր։ Սկզբում ֆենը միացրեք ամենամեծ ջերմաստիճանով, իսկ հետո աստիճանաբար իջեցրեք ջերմաստիճանը։

 

 

10.  Սխալ սննդակարգ։ Սխալ սննդակարգի արդյունքում վարսերը չեն ստանում այն ամբողջ սնունդը, որը նրանց հարկավոր է ու կորցնում են իրենց հմայքը։ Վարսերին մեծ քանակությամբ սպիտակուցներ են անհրաժեշտ։ Օգտագործեք ձու, ծովամթերք, միրգ ու բանջարեղեն։
