Բնապահպանական խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 1 մլն 50 հազար դրամ վարչական տուգանքի որոշում
ECONOMICSՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից 2015թ սեպտեմբերի 22-25-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված շրջայցերի, տեսչության վարույթին հանձնված գործերի և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 1.050.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 13 որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 799.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված ապօրինի ծառահատումների գործերի քննության արդյունքում 8 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 800.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 477.9 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված ապօրինի ծառահատման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է 50.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանք և հաշ վարկվել է 76.5 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս: Վայոց ձորի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված ապօրինի ծառահատման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 157.5 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասի հատուցման ակտ: Գեղարքունիքի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված ապօրինի ծառահատման համար ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասի հատուցման ակտ` 37.5 հազար դրամի:
Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կատարված շրջայցերի արդյունքում արձանագրվել է հողի բերրի շերտի ապօրինի տեղափոխման մեկ դեպք, ինչի համար մեկ ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 30 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում: Արագածոտնի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կատարված շրջայցերի արդյունքում արձանագրվել է ապօրինի որսի մեկ դեպք, ինչի համար մեկ ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 70.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և 50.0 հազար դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնասի հատուցման ակտ:
Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից կատարված շրջայցերի արդյունքում արձանագրվել է խեցգետնի ապօրինի որսի մեկ դեպք, ինչի արդյունքում ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 50.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում, առգրավվել է 5 հատ խեցգետնաորսիչ, իսկ 2.5 կգ խեցգետինը կենդանի վիճակում բաց է թողնվել գետ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ` ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 1 մլն դրամ:
