Արցախի վարչապետը հանձնարարել է խթանել տեղական շինանյութերի արտադրությունը և կիրառումը

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 20-ին հանդիպել է շինարարական խոշոր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ քննարկելու տեղական շինանյութերի արտադրության խթանման հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Շինարարության բնագավառի պատասխանատուներին ուղղված իր խոսքում կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է կառուցապատման և բարեկարգման ծրագրերում տեղական շինանյութերի օգտագործման ծավալների ավելացման անհրաժեշտությունը: Ուստի, կառավարության ղեկավարի համոզմամբ, հարկ է վերանայել պետական քաղաքականությունն այդ ոլորտում:
«Այսօր անհրաժեշտ է զարկ տալ տեղական շինանյութերի արտադրմանը և կիրառմանը, ինչն ունի սոցիալ-տնտեսական մեծ նշանակություն: Մյուս կողմից շռայլության հնարավորություն և իրավունք չունենք, առավել ևս երբ որոշ ծրագրերի կիսատ լինելու պատճառներից մեկն անտեղի թանկացումներն են»,- նկատել է վարչապետ Հարությունյանը: Նա հատուկ հանձնարարական է տվել ոլորտի պատասխանատուներին, որպեսզի նրանք հաշվի առնեն տեղական արտադրության ապրանքանյութերի օգտագործումը՝ քաղաքաշինական նախագծերում նախապատվությունը տալով արցախյան շինանյութերին, ինչը կխթանի արտարության ընդլայնումն ու որակական տվյալների բարելավումը:
