«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. ««Ռուսական կողմը ջանք չի խնայում, որպեսզի իրեն հնարավորինս տարանջատի ռուս-ադրբեջանական գործարքների մասին խոսակցություններից, ինչի տպավորությունը տևական ժամանակ փորձում է թողնել ադրբեջանական կողմը։ Ռուսաստանը և՛ ՌԴ նախագահի, և՛ ԱԳ նախարարի, և՛ ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպանի մակարդակով առիթը բաց չի թողնում պնդելու համար, որ Ռուսաստանը գործում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի մյուս համանախագահների հետ համատեղ, որոնց խնդիրն այս պահին հակամարտության սրացում թույլ չտալն է։ Դա արտահայտվեց նաև օրերս տարածված Պուտին-Սարգսյան հայտարարության մեջ»,- «168 ժամ»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է ռուսական «Ռեգնում» լրատվական գործակալության սյունակագիր, քաղաքագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը՝ անդրադառնալով մոսկովյան բանակցությունների արդյունքում տարածված հայտարարությանը։

Փորձագետն այն «սթափեցնող ապտակ» է որակել` ուղղված Ադրբեջանին։
