ՊԵԿ-ը հավաստագիր է հանձնել ևս 9 օրինապահ հարկ վճարողի

Օրինապահ հարկ վճարողների շարքը համալրվում է. ամփոփվել են «օրինապահ հարկ վճարող» կարգավիճակը հաստատող հավաստագրերի շնորհման 4-րդ փուլի արդյունքները: Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կարեն Բրուտյանը մարտի 21-ին հավաստագրեր է հանձնել ևս 9 տնտեսվարողի: Դիմում ներկայացրած բիզնեսի 13 ներկայացուցիչներից 4-ը չեն համապատասխանել սահմանված չափ անիշներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Մարտի քսանօրյակում հայտ ներկայացրած 19 հարկ վճարողների դիմումներն ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում են: Վառելիքի խոշոր մատակար հանդիսացող ընկերության փոխտնօրեն Ստեփան Սիմոնյանի համոզմամբ, կոմիտեի նախաձեռնությունը նպաստում է բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողների հեղինակության ամրապնդմանը. «Ինչպես մեր կարգախոսում է նշվում, բարի համբավն ամենաթանկ կապիտալն է, որը հավաստագիր ստանալուց հետո նույնպես պետք է պահպանենք»: Սպասքի ներմուծմամբ և առևտրով զբաղվող ընկերության փոխտնօրեն Վահան Կարապետյանը նշում է, որ մեծ սպասումով են հետևել օրինապահ հարկատւների առաջին խմբերի հաստատմանը. «Կոմիտեի նախաձեռնությունը զգալի հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել բիզնես դաշտում: Որպես միջազգային շուկայի հետ առնչվող ընկերություն՝ մեզ համար կարևոր է գործընկերների առջև դրական իմիջ ձևավորելը, որն ամրապնդվում է պետության կողմից շնորհված հավաստագրով»:
Սուրճի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող ընկերության տնօրեն, Հայաստանի արտահանողների միության նախագահ Րաֆֆի Մխչյանը վաղուց էր սպասում կոմիտեի կողմից նման գնահատանքի. «Եթե հարկատուն օրենքով է առաջնորդվում, հարկային մարմնի համար դառնում է գործընկեր. գործում է հավասարության սկզբունքը: Առավել կարևորում եմ այս նախաձեռնության բարոյական արժեքը, քանի որ տնտեսական օգուտները ժամանակավոր են, բայց հարաբերությունները, որ ՊԵԿ-ն այսօր փորձում է կառուցել, կարող են հարատև լինել»:
Տարեսկզբից առ այսօր օրինապահ հարկ վճարողի հավաստագրի ստացման դիմում են ներկայացրել 109 տնտեսվարողներ, որոնցից 63-ի դիմումը բավարարվել է, 27-ինը՝ մերժվել: Օրինապահ հարկ վճարողի հավաստագիր ստացած սուբյեկտների ցանկերը հրապարակված են հարկային մարմնի պաշտոնական կայքում:
