Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն առաջարկում է «Գերշահույթի մասին» օրենք ընդունել

«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Սյունիքի մարզում է: Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Մեղրիում նա հայտարարեց. «2012 թվականին մենք պաշտոններ չվերցրեցինք, մեր թիմակիցներին չտեղավորեցինք ու կոալիցիա չմտանք, քանի որ այդ դեպքում չէինք կարողանա կյանքի կոչել այն ծրագրերը, որ խոսք էինք տվել: Այսօր ծրագրերը կազմել ենք, անձամբ ես եմ գրել բոլոր խնդիրները, որ առաջին իսկ ամսում պատրաստ ենք իրականություն դարձնել»:
Ըստ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի՝ դաշինքի15 կետերը վերաբերում են բոլոր ոլորտներին` կրթություն, գիտություն, տնտեսություն, և այլն: «Մարդիկ օր օրի ավելի շատ խնդիրների առաջ են կանգնում, չեն կարողանում ապրել երկրում, վարկերի տակ ճռում են: Մենք առաջարկում ենք ու դա պարտադիր պայման է, որ վարկային տոկոսները դառնան 2-5 տոկոս, այլապես ժողովուրդը չի կարողանալու իր ապրուստը հոգալ ու ունեցվածքը պահպանել: Իսկ եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ 1.5 մլն մարդ այսօր վարկառու է, ապա դա իրոք հրատապ խնդիր է: Մեր եվրոպացի գործընկերները, որ անցած շաբաթ ժամանել էին Հայաստան և իրենց աջակցությունը հայտնել «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին, հայտարարեցին, որ առանց այդ ծրագրի կյանքի կոչման հնարավոր չէ երկիրը տանել փոփոխությունների»,- նշեց նա:
Ծառուկյանը կարևոր քայլ է համարում «Գերշահույթի մասին» օրենքի ընդունումը, որով շահույթի մի մասը պարտադիր կուղղվի պետական բյուջե: «Եթե քայլ չկատարվի, եթե մեր 15 կետերը չիրագործվեն, ապա ոչ մի խնդիր լուծում չի ստանա ու ոչինչ չի փոխվի առաջիկա տարիներին էլ»,- եզրափակեց նա:
