Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինտի ղեկավարության համար ամենակարևոր արժեքը մարդկային կապիտալն է

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն աշխատում է արժեքների ստեղծման վրա. կոմբինատի ղեկավարության համար ամենակարևոր արժեքը մարդկային կապիտալն է: Երևանում ընթացող «Ճգնաժամից դեպի զարգացում՝ սնվելով հաղորդակցությամբ» թեմայով ֆորումի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց կոմբինատի տնօրեն Մհեր Պոլոսկովը: «Հայաստանում հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում աշխատող ամենաառաջատար ձեռնարկություններից մեկն ենք: Տասը ազար մարդ է աշխատում՝ անուղղակիորեն, երեք հազար՝ ուղղակիորեն: 700 ընկերության հետ ենք աշխատում: 150 միլիոն դոլարի տարեկան շրջանառություն ունենք, կարևոր ազդեցություն ունենք արտահանման ոլորտում: Հայաստանը փոքր երկիր է, և որպես մեծ ձեռնարկություն, մեզ համար իրապես կարևոր հարց է սոցիալական պատասխանատվությունը. Կոմբինատը մի համայնք է, անքակտելի մասն է Հայաստանի հասարակության: Ցանկանում ենք, որ այն երեք հազար մարդն, ովքեր աշխատում են կոմբինատում՝ բանվորից մինչև գլխավոր տնօրեն, աշխատեն հանրության հետ երկխոսությամբ: Մենք ուզում ենք հետդարձ կապ ունենալ նաև մեր թիրախային խմբերի հետ, որպեսզի ճշտենք մեր գործողությունները»,-«Արմենպրես
Նա ընդգծեց, որ կոմբինատը միջազգային, բազմազգ ընկերությունների հետ կարելի է համեմատել նաև թափանցիկությամբ: «Պետք է համատեղ ըմբռնում լինի ընկերության, հանրության, համայնքների միջև: Ընկերությունը պետք է ի վիճակի լինի տալ հասարակությանը, ոչ միայն վերականգնել այն, ինչ վերցրել է: Մենք աշխատում ենք արժեքների ստեղծման վրա: Մարդկային կապիտալն ամենաարժեքավոր բաներից մեկն է, ամենակարևոր ռեսուրսը մարդիկ են: Մեզ համար ամենակարևոր աշխատանքն ազդեցության տակ ընկած համայնքներում կրթական հաստատություններին աջակցելն է, որպեսզի հետագայում զարգացնենք մեր պոտենցիալը: Տարիների ընթացքում մեզ մոտ աշխատող արտասահմանցի մասնագետների թիվը նվազել է, փոխարենն ավելացել են տեղացիները»,- ընդգծեց Պոլոսկովը:
Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը տարեկան տասը միլիոն դոլար ծախսում է կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության հետ կապված ծրագրերի վրա, 40 տոկոսը՝ ոչ ուղղակի՝ այսինքն հիմնադրամների միջոցով, որոնք աշխատում են պատշաճ ձևով, 60 տոկոսը բաժանում են, թիրախավորում են իրենց աշխատակիցների միջոցով: «Մենք փորձում ենք ստեղծել ավելի ակտիվ հասարակությո ւն, փորձում ենք այնպիսի նախաձեռնությունների մասին մտածել, որոնք թույլ են տալիս լինել ավելի կայուն, կայուն՝ ոչ միայն շրջակա միջավայրի նկատմամբ, նաև կարելի է ունենալ կայուն զարգացում առանց մեր մասնակցության»,- ասաց կոմբինատի տնօրենը։
Նա հավելեց, որ տեսնում են արդյունքներ, ցանկանում են, որ արդյունքներն ավելի շատ տեսանելի լինեն, քան կան: «Մենք չենք փորձում մեզ ցանկապատով պաշտպանել հնարավոր ռիսկերից, փորձում ենք մեզ զգալ, ընկալել հասարակության մի մասը, որտեղ ապրում ենք, ապրում են մեր ընտանիքները»,- եզրափակեց Պոլոսկովը:
