Ընթացիկ տարում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է սննդային թունավորման` բոտուլիզմի 4 դեպք, որից տուժել է 12 հոգի, մեկը` մահվան ելքով: Նրանք կերել են տնային պայմաններում մարինացված ծիծակի, վարունգի և լոլիկի պահածոներ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Դեպքերն արձանագրվել են Արմավիրի, Տավուշի, Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ բոտուլիզմը սննդային ծանր թունավորում է, որն արտահայտվում է կենտրոնական և վեգետատիվ նյարդային համակարգի ախտահարումով: Հիվանդության հարուցիչը Clostridium botulinum-ն է, որը գտնվում է արտաքին միջավայրում` հողի մեջ սպորների ձևով, որտեղից էլ անցնում է բանջարեղենի, կանաչեղենի վրա: Նշված հարուցչի աճի և զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ են անօդ պայմաններ, որտեղ բազմանում են և արտադրում թույն` բոտուլոթույն: Հարուցչի ոչնչացումը կատարվում է միայն հատուկ սարքերում` ավտոկլավներում բարձր ճնշման (1.5-2 մթնոլորտ) և ջերմության (1200-1300C< /st1:metricconverter>) ազդեցության տակ, ինչը տնային պայմաններում հնարավոր չէ ապահովել: Բոտուլոթույնով ախտահարված սննդամթերքը չի փոխում իր համը, հոտը, գույնը և տեսքը:

                Հիվանդության ախտանիշներն ի հայտ են գալիս ուտելուց 2-3 ժամից մինչև 10 օրվա ընթացքում: Հիվանդության գաղտնի շրջանը 2 ժամից մինչև 12 օր է: Կլինիկական հիմնական ախտանշաններն են` սրտխառնոց, փսխում, փորլուծություն և փորկապություն, գլխապտույտ, տեսողության խանգարում, երկտեսություն, կոպի իջեցում (պտոզ), բբերի լայնացում (միդրիազ), կլման ակտի խանգարում, ռնգախոսություն, խոսքի խանգարում, բերանի չորություն, սրտի աշխատանքի դանդաղում, շնչառության խանգարում, հավասարակողմ կաթված:

                Բոտուլիզմից խուսափելու համար ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը զգուշացնում է՝

  • խուսափե´ք տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոների օգտագործումից
  • սննդամթերքը պահածոյացնել սառեցման, չորացման կամ աղադրման եղանակով
  • տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներն օգտագործելուց առաջ ենթարկե´ք ջերմային մշակման` պահածոյի պարունակությունը եռացնելով 20-25 րոպե
  • մի գնե´ք տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներ շուկայից կամ պատահական անհատներից
  • առաջին ախտանշաններն ի հայտ գալուն պես անմիջապես դիմե´ք բժշկի:
