Եվրոպայի խորհրդում ՖՄԿ-ում Հայաստանի նախագահությանը նվիրված միջոցառում է անցկացվել

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 21 ՄԱՐՏԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Ստրասբուրգում մարտի 20-ին Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային օրվա առթիվ Եվրոպայի խորհրդում Հայաստանի Մշտական ներկայացուցչությունը կազմակերպել էր հանդիսավոր միջոցառում՝ այդ կերպ ԵԽ շրջանակներում ազդարարելով 2018-2019թթ. Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունում Հայաստանի առաջիկա նախագահությունն ու 2018թ. Երևանում Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովի անցկացումը։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամ ուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, միջոցառմանը մասնակցում էին ԵԽ Գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Գաբրիելա Բատաինի Դրագոնին, ԵԽ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, ՖՄԿ անդամ երկրների դեսպաններ, դիվանագետներ, ինչպես նաև Ստրասբուրգի քաղաքային իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Հանդիսավոր միջոցառումը մեկնարկեց Եվրոպայի Խորհրդում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանի և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Գաբրիելա Բատաինի Դրագոնիի բացման ելույթներով, որից հետո Ստրասբուրգի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Ֆլորանս Բենուա-Ռոհմերը հանդես եկավ «Ֆրանկոֆոնիան` ի սպաս մարդու իրավունքների» թեմայով դասախոսությամբ:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը, մասնավորապես նշեց, որ Եվրոպայի խորհրդին և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությանը միավորում են միջազգային հարթակներում ֆրանսերենի խթանմանն ուղղված երկուստեք հանձնառությունը, ինչպես նաև երկու կառույցների փոխլրացնող նպատակները, որոնք միտված են երկխոսության միջոցով ամրապնդել միջազգային համագործակցությունը ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների, լեզվամշակութային բազմազանության արժեքների շուրջ: Ուստի, պատահական չէ, որ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի 47 անդամ երկրներից շուրջ 30-ը հանդիսանում են ՖՄÔ ¿ անդամ կամ դիտորդ պետություններ: ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծեց նաև Հայաստանի ակտիվ դերակատարությունն ինչպես ԵԽ-ում, այնպես էլ ՖՄԿ-ում:

Իր հերթին, Գաբրիելա Բատաինի Դրագոնին ներկայացրեց ԵԽ-ՖՄԿ միջև 2008թ. ստորագրված համատեղ հայտարարության հիման վրա իրականացող համագործակցության ընթացքը: Գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալը նշեց նաև, որ ԵԽ-ում Հայաստանի արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը վստահություն է ներշնչում նաև ՖՄԿ-ում Հայաստանի հանձնառությունների հաջող կենսագործման համար:

«Ֆրանկոֆոնիան` ի սպաս մարդու իրավունքների» խորագրով դասախոսության ընթացքում պրոֆեսոր Ֆլորանս Բենուա-Ռոհմերը ներկայացրեց մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում միջազգային տարբեր կառույցների հետ ՖՄԿ համագործակցության ծրագրերը, այնուհետև, պատասխանեց մասնակիցների հարցերին:

Հանդիսավոր միջոցառման ավարտին տեղի ունեցավ պաշտոնական ընդունելություն։
