«ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի կինը՝ Զարինե Դանիելյանը, պարզվում է, դոլարային միլիոնատեր է: Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովից armtimes.com-ը տեղեկանում է, որ Զարինե Դանիելյանը նախորդ տարի 789 միլիոն դրամով գնել է անշարժ գույք: Հանձնաժողովի կայքում այդ գույքը ներկայացված է հետեւյալ կերպ՝ ՀՀ օրենսդրության համաձայն նոր կառուցված, ձեռք բերված և անշարժ գույքի կադաստր վարող լիազոր մարմնի կողմից հաշվառված ու գնահատված այն շինությունները, որոնք դեռևս չեն ստացել իրավունքների պետական գրանցում, ինչպես նաև սեփականության կամ հողօգտագործման իրավունք ունեցող անձանց կողմից այդ հողամասի վրա ինքնակամ կառուցված շենքերը և շինությունները, այդ թվում՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքերում կամ շենքերին կից ինքնակամ կառույցները:
Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի՝ հասցեներ տրամադրելու մասին որոշման հավելվածից էլ տեղեկանում ենք, որ 2016 թվականին քաղաքապետարանը Ազատության պողոտայում գտնվող եւ Զարինե Դանիելյանին պատկանող հողամասից առանձնացված հատվածին հասցե է տրամադրել: Իսկ նշված հասցեի հարեւանությամբ գտնվում է նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի շքեղ առանձնատունը:
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում Զարինե Դանիելյանը 175 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարով էլ ձեռք է բերել Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG տեսակի ավտոմեքենա: 2016 թվականին նա 1.7 միլիոն դոլարի փոխառություն է տվել, որը մինչեւ հարկային տարվա ավարտը նույնությամբ պահպանվել է:
Նախորդ տարվա սկզբին Զարինե Դանիելյանի դրամական միջոցները հետեւյալ տեսքն են ունեցել՝ 842 միլիոն դրամ եւ 2.1 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որոնք հարկային տարվա ավարտին դարձել են 41 միլիոն դրամ եւ 139 հազար դոլար: Նա եկամուտ է ստացել ընդամենը 1700 ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով, որը գոյացել է փոխառության դիմաց ստացած տոկոսներից»:
