2. Կիվիի կեղև

Կիվիի կեղևում 3 անգամ ավելի շատ հակաօքսիդանտներ կան, քան պտղի մեջ: Այն հակաքաղցկեղածին, հակաբորբոքային և հակաալերգիկ հատկություններ ունի: Կիվիի կեղևը նաև օրգանիզմից դուրս է բերում վնասակար քիմիական միացությունները:

3. Դդմի կեղև
