ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը սեպտեմբերի 30-ին խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել «Ազգային երգ ու պար» առարկայի փորձնական ծրագրում ընդգրկված որոշ դպրոցների տնօրենների և ոլորտի մասնագետների հետ: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնությա ն հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել են ընթացիկ խնդիրները, մասնավորապես,  մանկավարժական կադրերի պատրաստման, դասագրքերի, ուսումնական ծրագրերի բովանդակության և այլ հարցեր: Նշվել է, որ 2015-2016 ուսումնական տարվանից «Ազգային երգ ու պար» առարկան ներդրվել է ևս 100 հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում:  

Առարկայի դասավանդման ծրագրում ընդգրկվել է յուրաքանչյուր մարզից 5-ական և  Երևանից 50 դպրոց: Արմեն Աշոտյանը նշել է, որ առարկայի փորձարկման առաջին փուլը հաջողված է եղել, ուստի, հաշվի առնելով դպրոցների հետաքրքրությունը նոր առարկայի հանդեպ, ամեն տարի ծրագրում ընդգրկված դպրոցների ցանկն ընդլայնվելու է: Նրա խոսքով, փորձնական ծրագրում ներգրավվել են ազգային երգ ու պարի լավագույն մասնագետները: «Թեև ծրագիրը փորձնական է, բայց իր հանրային հետաքրքրությամբ այն աննախադեպ է: Հենց սկզբից էլ ծրագիրը մեծ հնչեղություն է ստացել. հանրության ճն շող մեծամասնություն կողմ է ծրագրին: Ծրագրի նպատակն արհեստավարժ պարողներ և երգիչներ պատրաստելը չէ, այլ ազգային ինքնագիտակցությամբ քաղաքացի դաստիարակելը»,-նշել է Արմեն Աշոտյանը`ընդգծելով, որ կադրերի հարցը նախնական փուլում լուծվում է վերապատրաստումների միջոցով, սակայն հետագայում խնդիրը լուծում կստանա բուհերում համապատասխան ծրագրի ներդրմամբ:

Նախարարը հանձնարարել է տրամադրել հստակ տեղեկատվություն` ինչպես է առարկայի դասավանդումն ընթանում դպրոցներում, որքանով են դպրոցների նյութատեխնիկական հնարավորությունները թույլ տալիս դասավանդել այն` պարահարթակ, աուդիովիզուալ նյութեր և այլն: 

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նշվել է, որ տվյալ ժամանակահատվածում վերապատրաստվել են ծրագրում ընդգրկված 100 նոր դպրոցների «Ազգային երգ ու պար» առարկան դասավանդող ուսուցիչներ` 50-ը Երևանում, 50-ը` մարզերում: Մոտ ապագայում նախատեսվում են նաև վերապատրատումներ ծրագրի առաջին փուլում ընդգրկված 13 դպրոցների մասնագետների համար:

«Ազգային երգ ու պար» առարկան ներդրվել է 2014-2015 ուսումնական տարվա սկզբին  հանրապետության 13 դպրոցներում: Առարկայի ուսուցումը նախատեսված է միջին դպրոցում, սկսվում է հինգերորդ դասարանից և ավարտվում յոթերորդ դասարանում: Վերջերս ԿԳ նախարարի հրամանով հաստատվել է «Հանրակրթական հիմնական դպրոցի 6-րդ դասարանի «Ազգային երգ ու պար» առարկայի ծրագիրը», համաձայն որի`  առարկային 6-րդ դասարանում  կհատկացվի տարեկան 51 ժամ, շաբաթը` 1,5  դասաժամ: 6-րդ դասարանում շարունակվելու են նախորդ տարվÕ ¡ ընթացքում սովորողների ձեռք բերած գիտելիքների, կարողությունների, հմտությունների և արժեքային համակարգի զարգացման ուղղությամբ տարվող ուսումնադաստիարակչական աշխատանքները:
