Շարմազանովը ՄԱԿ-ում Նախագահ Սարգսյանի ելույթը համարում է համահայկական առաջնորդի խոսք

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ՄԱԿ-ում Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ելույթը համարում է համահայկական առաջնորդի խոսք, որն անդրադառնում է այս օրերին հայ հասարակությանը մտահոգող կարևոր հարցերին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց պաշտոնյան` ընդգծելով, որ նախագահը հստակ ցույց տվեց Ադրբեջ ան պետության իրական դեմքը, ցույց տվեց, որ այն ռազմականացված պետություն է, որը մեծ պրոբլեմ է ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար:
«Երկու հստակ խնդիր է առանձնացրել ՀՀ Նախագահը. համար առաջին` միջազգային հանրությունը, ՄԱԿ-ը, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրները, քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը պարտավոր են Ադրբեջանին նստեցնել իր տեղը, որովհետև Ադրբեջանն արհամարհում է նախևառաջ միջազգային հանրության կողմից ընդունված հայտնի սկզբունքները, արհամարհում է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների հինգ կետերը: Մեսիջ համար երկու. եթե քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը չի կարող Ադրբեջանին ցույց տալ իր տեղը, ապա այդ ժամանակ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, օգտվելով հայության, իր քաղաքացին երի ու ԼՂ քաղաքացիների անվտանգությանը երաշխավոր լինելու հանգամանքից, իր ողջ պարտավորություններով ու իրավունքներով կպարտադրի Ադրբեջանին խաղաղություն, պարտադրանքը կլինի թե ռազմաքաղաքական ճանապարհով, թե իրավական»,-շեշտեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը` մեկ անգամ ևս հիշեցնելով, որ ամենատարբեր մակարդակներում Հայաստանը հայտարարել է, որ կողմ չէ խնդրի ռազմական լուծմանը, բայց Ադրբեջանի լկտի պահվածքի վերջը տալու համար ստիպված է Հայաստանն այլ միջոցների դիմել: «Միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է իր գործառույթները կատարի, իսկ եթե ոչ, ապա Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանին ցույց կտա իր տեղը, ինչը նաև արվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի զինված ուժերի կողմից մինչև 1994 թվականի զինադադարը, երբ ադրբեջանցիներն աղաչում էին զինադադար»,-ավելացրեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Ըստ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակի` միջազգային հանրության ադեկվատ արձագանքը պետք է լինի ուղիղ և հասցեական Ադրբեջանի սադրանքների հանդեպ: ՀՀ Նախագահն այդ մասին շատ հստակ ու բաց է խոսել ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից, նույնիսկ նշել է պատճառներն ու օրինակներ է բերել, թե ով է հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտում, ով է սանձազերծում ռազմական խնդիրներ` օրինակ բերելով Բաքվում կայացած Եվրոպական խաղերը: «Երբ Ադրբեջանին պետք է լինում, շփման գծում և սահմանին որևէ խնդիր չի առաջանում: Այսինքն` պրոբլեմը գալիս է Ադրբեջանից: Նախագահի ելույթով շեշտադրվում է, որ մենք հավատարիմ ենք միջազգային նորերին, ընդունված քաղաքակիրթ լուծումներին, բայց եթե օրենքներով անհնար է լուծում տալ խնդրին, մենք ստիպված կլինենք թնդանոթներով լռեցնել լկտի ադրբեջանցիներին, ինչն ընդունելի ու ցանկալի չէ մեզ համար»,-ասաց Շարմազանովը:
Նա պատահական չհամարեց այն, որ ՀՀ Նախագահի ելույթից ժամեր անց ՀԱՊԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչը Հայաստանում նշել է, որ հայկական զինված ուժերը կարողանում են զսպել Ադրբեջանի սադրանքները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում, որը, ըստ Շարմազանովի, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան այն, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն ընդունում է ՀՀ-ի` իր դաշնակցի ողջ ծավալով դիրքորոշումը և պաշտպանում է այն:
Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 29-ին Նյու Յորքում մասնակցել է ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր վեհաժողովի 70-րդ նստաշրջանին, որտեղ հանդես է եկել ելույթով: Ի թիվս այլ թեմաների` նախագահն անդրադարձել է սահմանային լարվածությանն ու Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին: Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվքաղաքականության շարունակվելու դեպքում Հայաստանին այլ ընտրություն չի մնա, քան իրականացնել անհրաժեշտ իրավական և ռազմաքաղաքական քայլեր՝ապահովելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անվտանգությունն ու խաղաղ զարգացումը:
