ԱՄԷ «Ocean Holding» ընկերությունը 100 միլիոն դոլար կներդնի Հայաստանում արևային կայաններ կառուցելու նպատակով

 Աբու Դաբիում ընթացող «Հայաստան-Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ» ներդրումային համաժողովի ընթացքում 100 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումների մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր է ստորագրվել Հայաստանի Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության և ԱՄԷ «Ocean Holding» ՍՊԸ միջև։ «Ocean Holding»-ը նպատակ ունի այս տարվանից սկսած Հայաստանում ներդնելու 100 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, կառուցելու ֆոտովոլտային կայաներ և գործարկելու դրանք ՝ օգտագործելով ոլորտի լավագույն հասանելի տեխնոլոգիաները։ Նախարարությունը կդյուրացնի «Ocean Holding»-ի գործունեությունը Հայաստանում: Ներդրումները կիրականացվեն մի քանի փուլով։

ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Հայկ Հարությունյանը պարզաբանել է, որ բազմաթիվ ուսումնասիրություններից և քննարկումներից հետո որոշվել է, որ մոտակա երեք տարում այդ ընկերությունը երկրում կկառուցի արևային ֆոտովոլտային կայաններ: «Ներդրումային ծրագրի սկիզբը կլինի այս տարի, և փուլային սկզբունքով կկառուցվեն մոտ 100-120 մեգավատ կայաններ, որոնք կարտադրեն երկրի էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկի 3-4 տոկոսը: Ունենք պատրաստի ծրագրեր, որոնք վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում մշակվել են ներդրողներին ներկայացնելոÖ ‚ համար: Դրանցում մանրակրկիտ ներկայացված են բոլոր տեխնիկական տվյալները, բոլոր հողակտորները:  Այս ընկերությանը ևս առաջարկը ներկայացվել է, բայց կարող են իրենք ընտրել այլ տարածքներ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշել է նախարարի տեղակալը:

Նա վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի և ավելի կոնկրետ արևային էներգետիկայի ոլորտը հեռանկարային ներդրումային դաշտ է համարում և ակնկալում է դրական արդյունքներ ԱՄԷ-ում անցկացվող ներդրումային համաժողովից: «Ներդրողների լայն շրջանակ է հավաքվել, որոնք լայն հետաքրքրություններ ունեն հենց վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտում, և սա ընդամենն առաջին քայլն է: Ոլորտը երկարաժամկետ և ցածր ռիսկային, բայց միաժամանակ ցածր եկամտաբերությամբ ոլորտ է, որը նշանակում է, որ ներդրում կատարելով այս ոլորտում՝ ներդրողն իր ոտքը Հայաստանի հետ կապում է առնվազն 20 տարի և ավելի»,-ընդգծեց փոխնախարարը:  

Աշխատանքային այցով Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում գտնվող Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մասնակցել է Աբու Դաբիում անցկացվող «Հայաստան-Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ» ներդրումային համաժողովին: Համաժողովը կազմակերպվել է Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Աբու Դաբի էﬕրության թագաժառանգ, ԱՄԷ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատարի տեղակալ Շեյխ Մոհամմեդ բին Զայեդ Ալ Նահյանի բարձր հովանավորությամբ: Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամի և Աբու Դաբիի Առևտրի պալատի կազմակերպած համաժողովը նպատակ ունի խթանելու Հայստանի և արաբական երկրների տնտեսական կապերի ակտիվացումը, գործարարների միջև շփումները, ներկայացնելու Հայաստանի ներդրումային միջավայրը և տարբեր ոլորտներում փոխշահավետ ներդրումային նախագծեր: Համաժողովի շուրջ 300 մասնակիցների թվում են պետական պաշտոնյաներ, հիմնադրամների ղեկավարներ, վերազգային ընկերությունների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, Հայաստանում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների հաջող փորձ ունեցող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։
