Ինչպես պատրաստել պիցցայի համեղ խմոր

Համեղ պիցցա ճաշակելու համար պարտադիր չէ իտալական շքեղ ռեստորան գնալ եւ տարբեր միջուկով մեկ կտոր խմորի համար շատ գումար վատնել։

Տանը համեղ պիցցա պատրաստելը դյուրին է, բավական է գնել անհրաժեշտ մթերքներն ու խմորի փորձված բաղադրատոմս գտնել։

Եվ այսպես, պիցցայի համեղ խմոր պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ է խառնել 2 թ/գ խմորիչ (փաթեթներով, չոր), 400 գրամ ալյուր, 1 թ/գ աղ։ Ավելացնել 250 գրամ ջուր եւ 2 ճ/գ արեւածաղկի կամ ձիթապտղի յուղ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ այս բաղադրատոմսն անթերի է։ Բաղադրիչները խառնել, լցնել տարայի մեջ, եւ 45 րոպե անց համեղ խմորը պատրաստ է։

Խմորը շատ է ստացվում, այն բավական է երկու պիցցա պատրաստելու համար։ Խմորը երկու մասի բաժանել, հավասարաչափ բացել, վրան լցնել սոուսը, միջուկը (նրբերշիկ, խոզապուխտ, սունկ, երշիկ, պանիրներ եւ այլն)։

Բարակ պիցցան թխվում է 15 րոպեից ոչ ավելի (առավելագույնը 20 րոպե), այլապես խմորը եւ պիցցայի վրա լցրած պանիրը կչորանան։
