Քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունները դյուրացնելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԳԿՊ կոմիտեն, հավատարիմ մնալով իր որդեգրած գործելաոճին`բարեփոխումների իրականացման քաղաքականությանը, շարունակում է համակարգում մատուցվող ծառայությունների արդիականացմանն ու քաղաքացիների համար առավել դյուրին պայմանների ստեղծմանն ուղղված բարեփոխումները: Դրանք միտված են համակարգի ծառայություններից օգտվող քաղաքացիների սպասարկման  ո րակի բարձրացմանը և համակարգի աշխատանքի թափանցիկությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԳԿՊԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Այդ նպատակով սույն թվականի մարտ ամսից համակարգի սպասարկման գործառույթներում գործում են հետևյալ փոփոխությունները.

  • Նախկինում կոմիտեի պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային կայքում (e-cadastre.am) դիմումի համարի մուտքագրման ժամանակ քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվում էր տեղեկատվություն միայն դիմումի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ: Այժմ բացի դիմումի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելուց, քաղաքացին հնարավորություն ունի նաև դիտելու ավարտական փաստաթուղթը (վկայական, տեղեկանք, կասեցում, մերժում և այլն), ինչպես նաև այն ներբեռնելու և տպելու հնարավորություն:
  • Այսուհետ դիմումատուների ցանկությամբ  sms կարճ հաղորդագրությամբ նրանց կծանուցվի իրենց կողմից սպասարկման գրասենյակ ներկայացված դիմումների քննարկման ընթացքի ավարտի վերաբերյալ: Այդպիսով, դիմումատուներն ավարտական փաստաթուղթը ստանալու համար գրասենյակ կայցելեն միայն դրա պատրաստ լինելուց հետո:
  • Սեփականատերերին կամ գրավառուներին sms կարճ հաղորդագրության տեսքով և էլեկտրոնային նամակով կծանուցվի կոնկրետ անշարժ գույքերի նկատմամբ համակարգ մուտքագրված իրավունքների պետական գրանցման կամ դրանց դադարման և միասնական տեղեկանքի տրամադրման դիմումների ու դրանց հիման վրա կայացված որոշումների մասին:
