 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը մարտի 21-22-ը պաշտոնական այցով գտնվել է Մոսկվայում, որտեղ  հանդիպում է ունեցել ՌԴ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Ստորչակի հետ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև Ռուսաստանի սննդի  ճյուղային ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Չերնիգովը և նույն ինստիտուտի ծրագրերի ղեկավար Ելենա Բոլոտնիկովան:

 Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՌԴ կառավարության հովանավորությամբ և ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող «Կայուն դպրոցական սնունդ» ծրագրի հետագա ֆինանսավորման, համագործակցության ձևաչափին և շարունակականության ապահովմանը վերաբերող հարցեր։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Ռուսաստանի կառավարությանը` ծրագրի օժանդակության համար, ընդգծել է ՀՀ կառավարության մտադրությունը` ազգային ծրագրի ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ: Լևոն Մկրտչյանը ներկայացրել է ծրագրի ներդրման, վերահսկողության և գնահատման ինստիտուցիոնալիզացման կարևորությունը և նշել, որ այդ նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարությունը ստեղծել է «Դպրոց ական կայուն սնունդ» հիմնադրամը:

ՌԴ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Ստորչակը գոհունակություն է հայտնել Հայաստանում ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև մատնանշել է, որ  ծրագրի իրագործումը Ռուսաստանի համար Հայաստանի հետ գործակցության  առաջնահերթությունների շարքում է: Նա  վերահաստատել է  ՌԴ պատրաստակամությունը ծրագրի շարունակականության ապահովման, ինչպես նաև հիմնադրամի կայացմանն աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու գործում:

«Կայուն դպրոցական սնունդ» ծրագրի շրջանակում Հայաստանի  մարզերում արդեն 7 տարի է 1-4-րդ դասարանների երեխաները ստանում են անվճար սնունդ: Նախաձեռնությունն իրականացվում է ՄԱԿ-ի պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի, ՀՀ կառավարության և Ռուսաստանի սննդի ճյուղային ինստիտուտի ջանքերով: 2014 թվականից առ այսօր ՀՀ կառավարությունն իրականացնում է «Դպրոցական կայուն սնունդ» ազգային ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակում ՀՀ երեք մարզերում՝ Արարատում, Վայոց Ձորում և Սյունիքում, աﬔն օր սնունդ է մատակարարվում մոտ 93.000 երեխաների: Սեպտեմբերից ազգային ծրագիրը կընդգ րկի նաև չորրորդ մարզը` Տավուշը:
