Հարկավոր է հնդկաձավարի վրա ջուր լցնել, փակել բերանը և փաթաթել շորով։ Հնդկաձավարը կուռի, կվերածվի պատրաստի ճաշատեսակի, որը հարուստ է վիտամիններով և օգտակար նյութերով։ Դիետայի ընթացքում հարկավոր է հնդկաձավարն առանց յուղի օգտագործել, ինչպես նաև 1 լիտր կեֆիր խմել. այնպես, որ լինի 1 տոկոս յուղայնության։
Արդյունքում` օրգանիզմից դուրս կբերեք բոլոր վնասակար նյութերը։ Հարկավոր է հնդկաձավարն ուտել ամեն անգամ, երբ սովի զգացում է առաջանում, որպեսզի մաքրման գործընթացը չդադարի։ Կեֆիրը պետք է խմել ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ կամ հետո։ Ցանկալի չէ հնդկաձավար ուտել քնելուց 4-6 ժամ առաջ։
