Ովքե՞ր են հետաքրքված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցով. պարզաբանում է քաղաքագետը

Ազգային ժողովն անցած քառօրյայի ընթացքում քննարկում էր սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների նախագիծը, որը քվեարկության կդրվի հերթական քառօրյայի ժամանակ՝ հոկտեմբերի 5-ին:
Թեև խորհրդարանական քննարկումները շատ ակտիվ անցան, սակայն քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանը կարծում է, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցը շուրջ կոնսոլիդացիա տեղի չունեցավ: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքագետը մանրամասնեց, որ քանի որ փոփոխություններով փոխվում է պետության կառավարման համակարգը, ապա այն չի կարող բարեփոխում կոչվել:
«Դա կարելի է համարել նոր առաջարկ: Այժմ էլ ունենք հետևյալ պատկերը. ովքեր ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեն, չեն մասնակցել Բաղրամյան 26-ում նախագահի հետ հանդիպումներին, իսկ ովքեր համաձայն են այդ փոփոխություններին, գնացել են հանդիպման, կոնսենսուսի են եկել: Այդ գործընթացներն ամենևին չեն նշանակում, որ հասարակությունը դրան կողմ է»,- ասաց Շիրինյանը:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե որքանով է հանրությունն այսօր տեղեկացված սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին և ինչպես քվեարկի հանրաքվեին, քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց, որ հասարակությունն ընդհանրապես տեղյակ չէ այդ փոփոխություններից:
«Հանրաքվեի լինելու և չլինելու հարցն էլ կախված է նրանից, թե սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դեմ հատվածը ինչ քարոզչություն կծավալի և ինչպես կհիմնավորի ի «ոչ»-ը»,- տեսակետ հայտնեց Լևոն Շիրինյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ այս պահին հանրությունը հետաքրքրված չէ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցով: Ըստ նրա՝ դրանով հետաքրքրված են բոլոր այն պատգամավորները, ովքեր ուզում են խորհրդարան մտնել հաջորդ գումարմամբ:
