Վարչապետը հանձնարարեց ճանապարհների կառուցման աշխատանքներին հետևել չափազանց «կոշտ»

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարեց «կոշտ» հետևել ճանապարհաշինության խոշոր ծրագրերի իրականացմանը: «Վերջին շրջանում բազմաթիվ բնակավայրերի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզ է դարձել, որ պետք է շատ արագ մեր ուշադրությունն ուղղել դեպի մարզային, համայնքային, գյուղական նշանակության ճանապարհների խնդիրներին: Հանձնարարում եմ ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի ն տասնօրյա ժամկետում որպես պիլոտային ծրագիր կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել ձեր տեսլականը սահմանամերձ համայնքների ճանապարհների խնդիրները լուծելու վերաբերյալ: Այնուհետև ՀՀ պաշտպանության և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարների հետ համատեղ քննարկել այդ ճանապարհների անվտանգ երթևեկությունն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները և ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ, գույքագրել առկա և ակնկալվող ֆինանսական միջոցները ու կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ դրանց վերաբերյալ՝ հաշվի առնելով տարածքների համաչափ զար գացման սահմանափակ ռեսուրսների արդար բաշխման սկզբունքները: Երրորդ, ակտիվացնել կատարվող աշխատանքները իրականացվող խոշոր ճանապարհային ծրագրերում ներդրումների ներգրավման ուղղությամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:  

 Մեկնաբանելով հանձնարարականը՝ վարչապետն ասաց, որ նկատել է՝ երեկոյան ժամը 17:30-ին արդեն կամուրջների վրա աշխատող չկա: «Ես հասկանում եմ, որ դա կապալառուի խնդիրն է, բայց այդ պայմանագիրն այնպես կազմեք, որ մենք հետևենք: Ես մեկ անգամ այդ հարցը տվել եմ, ասել են՝ ժամկետի մեջ է: Եթե այսպես են աշխատում, ժամկետը նվազեցրեք: Որևէ աշխատանք չի կատարվում: Նախ և առաջ, կամուրջների վրա բազմաթիվ ինժեներական աշխատանքներ կան, որոնք կարող են կամրջից դուրս կատարել և բերել՝ տեղադրել: Մարզպետները շատ, չափազանց կոշտ իրենց տարածքներում պետք է խնդիրը դնեն»,- շեշտեց կառավարության ղեկավարը:
