«Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» դաշինքը Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանի ձերբակալությունից քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ է փորձում շահել: Մարտի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը: «Բոլոր հարցումերը ցույց են տալիս, որ «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան& raquo; դաշինքն այն ուժը չէ, որի շնչառությունն իշխանությունները զգան իրենց թիկունքում: Ես չեմ կարծում, որ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում, աղերս ունի այդ դաշինքի հետ, թեև դաշինքն ակնհայտորեն փորձում է այն վերագրել իրեն ու հավելյալ քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ շահել», - «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց պատգամավորը:
Խոսրով Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց` թեև ինքը չգիտի, թե որքանով Սամվել Բաբայանն առնչություն ունի հարուցված քրեական գործի հետ, սակայն հավելեց, որ զենիթահրթիռային համալիրը անօրինական ճանապարհով Հայաստան բերելը լուրջ մտահոգության առիթ է տալիս: «Ենթադրել, որ այն մտնում է Հայաստան, որպեսզի ծառայի մեր զինված ուժերին, նույնիսկ ծայրահեղ վառ երևակայության արդյունքում անհնար է, որովհետև դա կարվեր շատ օրինական ճանապարհով: Որքանո՞վ են այդ անձինք կապված այս գործին, նախաքննությունը ցույց կտա», - ասաց նա:
Պատգամավորը չբացառեց, որ ընտրություններից հետո կարող են ակտիվ հետընտրական զարգացումներ լինել, սակայն դրանք պայմանավորված կլինեն ոչ թե ընտրակեղծիքներով, ինչի հնարավորությունն Ընտրական նոր օրենսգիրքը բացառում է, այլ նրանով, որ ընդդիմությունը կփորձի իր ձախողումը ծածկել ընտրակեղծիքների ներքո: «Մեր ընդդիմությունը, ցավոք, երբեմն չի ընդունում, որ կարող է իր պարտությունը պայմանավորված լինել իր քաղաքական տկարությամբ և նվազ կարողություններով», -եզրափակեց Հարությունյանը:
Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանը մարտի 22-ին ձերբակալվել է: Նա մեղադրվում է անօրինական ճանապարհով Վրաստանից ՀՀ «Իգլա» զենիթահրթիռային համալիր տեղափոխելու փորձի մեջ:
