Հումակերությունը՝ սնվելու նոր թրենդ

Հումակերությունը սնվելու հատուկ ձեւ է, երբ սննդի մեջ օգտագործվում են միայն հում բանջարեղեն, մրգեր, ընդեղեն։ Այս դեպքում սնունդը որեւէ մշակման՝ խաշելու, տապակելու եւ այլնի, չի ենթարկվում: Հումակերությունը գնալով ավելի մեծ ժողովրդականություն է վայելում:
Հումակերությունը հատկապես լայն տարածված է բուսակերների մոտ: Սակայն բոլոր հումակերները չէ, որ բուսակեր են, նրանք կարող են նաեւ կենդանական ծագման մթերք օգտագործել: Օրինակ, որոշ հյուսիսային ժողովուրդներ հում վիճակով ձուկ են օգտագործում կամ ոստրեներ:
Մարդիկ, ովքեր մեծ ժամանակ են անցկացնում խոհանոցում, կարող են չհավատալ հումակերությանը: Բայց նրանք, ովքեր ընտրում են հումակերությունը, սննդարար նյութերի պակաս չեն զգում, ապրում են լիարժեք կյանքով եւ ավելի քիչ են հիվանդանում:
Ընտրելով սնվելու բնական տարբերակը՝ մարդը կարող է իրեն ոչնչում չսհամանափակել՝ ուտել ամեն ինչ եւ որքան սիրտդ կուզի: Հումակերության մեջ չկա որոշակի օգտակար մթերքների ցանկ։ Յուրաքանչյուրն ունի իր սիրելի միրգն ու բանջարեղենը, որը կարող է ուտել առանց սահմանափակման: Ցանկացած հում մթերք՝ ինչպես բուսական, այնպես էլ կենդանական, պարունակում է օրգանիզմի համար բոլոր անհրաժեշտ վիտամինները, իսկ թերմոմշակման դեպքում դրանց մի մասը կորցնում է իր նշանակությունը:
Անցումը հումակերության ոմանց համար շատ հեշտ է լինում եւ մեծ ջանքեր չի պահանջում, իսկ ոմանց համար՝ ավելի դժվար: Այս պարագայում լավ կլինի, եթե անցումն աստիճանաբար կատարվի՝ ամեն անգամ ավելացնելով հում սննդամթերքի քանակությունը ձեր սննդակարգում: Առաջին շրջանում շատ դժվար կլինի սիրելի ուտեստը պատրաստելուց հրաժարվելը: Ուստի, եթե շատ եք ցանականում, կարող եք դա անել: Հումակերությունը, ինչպես սնվելու ցանկացած եղանակ, պետք է առաջին հերթին դրական զգացողություններ առաջացնի, ոչ թե ստամոքսի խանգարումներ:
Բացի այդ, կան կարծիքներ, թե հումակերությունը հանգեցնում է հյուծման: Սկզբնական շրջանում, երբ օրգանիզմը հարմարվում է, հնարավոր է լինի քաշի կորուստ, բայց ժամանակի հետ օրգանիզմն ստանում է իր սկզբնական քաշը:
