Կոկորդի ցավը հաճախ լինում է մրսածության ու գրիպի նախանշան, սակայն կարող է նաև առաջանալ որոշ այլ վիրուսային կամ բակտերիալ վարակների արդյունքում: Երբեմն այն պարզապես պայամանվորված է լինում ցուրտ եղանակին խոնավության պակասի հետևանքով առաջացած թույլ բորբոքումով:
Այնուամենայնիվ, անկախ առաջացման պատճառից, կոկորդի ցավի դեպքում հարկավոր է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել: Ձեր ուշադրությանն ենք ներկայացնում կոկորդի ցավից ազատվելու լավագույն եղանակները:

Երիցուկով թեյ. երիցուկի գոլ թեյը հանգստացնում է բորբոքված լորձաթաղանթը: Հարկավոր է մեկ թեյի գդալ չոր երիցուկը թրմել մեկ բաժակ ջրում, քամել և գոլ թուրմով ողողումներ անել:
Փաթաթել կոկորդը. երիցուկով տաք կոմպրեսներն օգնում են ազատվել տհաճ զգացողություններից: Կոմպրեսը պատրաստելու համար հարկավոր է 1 ճաշի գդալ չոր երիցուկի ծաղիկներն ավելացնել 1 կամ 2 բաժակ եռացող ջրին, 5 րոպե թրմել և քամել: Ստացված թուրմի մեջ թրջել մաքուր անձեռոցիկը կամ սրբիչը, քամել և դնել հիվանդ կոկորդին: Թրջոցը հարկավոր է պահել, մինչև անձեռոցիկը սառի: Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կրկնել պրոցեդուրան ավելի տաք հեղուկով:
Ծովի օդ. հնարավորության դեպքում հարկավոր է մեկնել խոնավ կլիմայական պայմաններով որևէ տեղ, սակայն հնարավորությունների բացակայության դեպքում նույն պայմանները կարելի է ստեղծել նաև տանը՝ դեղատներից քթի համար նախատեսված ֆիզլուծույթով աերոզոլներ գնելով: Երբ մարդը շնչում է այդ օդը, աղի կաթիլները խոնավեցնում են քիթը և հոսում կոկորդով ներքև՝ ապահովելով անհրաժեշտ խոնավությունը: Ընդ որում՝ ի տարբերություն դեկոնգեստանտ պարունակող աերոզոլների՝ աղաջուր պարունակողները չեն առաջացնում կախվածություն:
