Ադրբեջանում կալանքի տակ պահվող բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի մայրը` Բելլա Լապշինան մարտի 24-ին Բաքվի թիվ մեկ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում հանդիպել է որդու հետ:

Լապշինի փաստաբան Էդուարդ Չերինի խոսքով` Լապշինը մոր հետ հանդիպմանը առողջական վիճակից չի բողոքել:
Մարտի 22-ին Լապշինի կինն ընդգծել էր, որ եթե մարտի 17-ին Լապշինի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ բլոգերը խոսել էր առողջական վիճակի վատացումից, ապա մարտի 21-ի հեռախոսազրույցն ավելի լուրջ մտավախություններ է առաջացրել: «Բացի գլխացավից, որը վերջին օրերին դարձել է նրա մշտական «ուղեկիցը», երեկ երեկոյան քթից արնահոսություն է ունեցել: Հարցին, թե ինչ է այդ մասին ասում քննչական մեկուսարանի բժիշկը, նա պատասխանեց, որ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ոչ մի բան»,- նշել էր Եկատերինան:
Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը փետրվարի 7-ին մերժել էր Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի բողոքը՝ կապված Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման հետ: Լապշինը նույն օրը հատուկ չվերթով տեղափոխվել էր Մինսկից Բաքու` պետական անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ:
