ՀՀ դատախազությունը ոստիկանության տեսուչի նկատմամբ բռնության գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՔԾ

 ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հովածի 1-ին մասով քննվող քրեական գործի քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Ա.Մ.-ն և Դ.Ս.-ն 2017 թվականի մարտի 13-ին կյանքի և առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն են գործադրել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ՀՈ բաժանմունքի տեսուչ Ա.Ս-ի նկատմամբ՝ կապված վերջինիս կողմից ր ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ, իսկ Հ.Չ-ն կյանքի և առողջության համար բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիք է տվել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ՀՈ բաժանմունքի տեսուչ Ա.Ս-ին և նրա եղբորը՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ավագ տեսուչին՝ չենթարկվելով վերջիններիս իրավաչափ և օրինական պահանջներին՝ մոտեցել է իրեն պատկանող ավտոմեքենային, սրահից վերցրել գազային ատրճանակը, վերալիցքավորել այն, պահել ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների ուղղությամբ և տվել սպառնալիքներ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկա ցրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

2017 թվականի մարտի 14-ին Հ.Չ-ն, Դ.Ս-նը և Ա.Մ-ն ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են, 16.03.2017 թվականին վերջիններիս նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը, միաժամանակ դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանքից գրավով ազատվելը ճանաչվել է թույլատրելի:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում Հ.Չ-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ միջադեպի ժամանակ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների և իր ընկերներ Դ.Ս-ի ու Ա.Մ-ի միջև վիճաբանություն է առաջացել, որի ընթացքում վիճաբանության մասնակիցները միմյանց հարվածներ են հասցրել։

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով քրեական գործը ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 190-րդ հոդվածի 6-րդ մասի 2-րդ պարբերությամբ սահմանված կարգով հանձնվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչների վարույթին։
