Նիդեռլանդների Էրազմ Ռոտերդամցու անվան համալսարանի գիտնականները մկների վրա ծերացման դեմ պատրաստուկ են փորձարկել: Ինչպես ասված Է Cell հանդեսում հրապարակված զեկույցում, պատրաստուկի գործածումից հետո ծեր մկների մոտ աճել Է ֆիզիկական դիմացկունությունը եւ կրկնակի մեծացել այն տարածությունը, որը նրանք կարողացել են վազել, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Նաեւ բարելավվել Է մկան մազածածկոցը եւ նույնիսկ ակտիվացել Է որոշ ներքին օգրանների, մասնավորապես, լյարդի աշխատանքը:
Հետազոտության հեղինակները նշում են, որ ստեղծված պատրաստուկը կարող Է օրգանիզմում ոչնչացնել զառամյալ բջիջները: Այդպիսի բջիջներն այլեւս չեն կարողանում կիսվել եւ տարիքի հետ կուտակվում են օրգանիզմում՝ դանդաղեցնելով վերքերի բուժման եւ ուռուցքների դեմ պայքարի գործընթացները:
