Ադրբեջանի բանակում խնդիրներ կան: Դա հասկանալու համար ինչ-որ հավաստի տեղեկություններ պետք չեն: Բավական է նայել փաստերին:
Զորամասերից եկող տվյալների ամփոփման համաձայն՝ ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերություններով պայմանավորված միջադեպերի քանակի ավելացման ֆոնին զորամասերից մեկում ծեծելով զինվոր են սպանում, արդյունքում այդ սպանվածը հռչակվում է հերոս, իսկ նրա ընտանիքը որպես պարգև ստանում է բնակարան:

Մենք էլ ենթադրում ենք, որ բանակի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակն այնքան էլ չի հուզում ռազմական ղեկավարությանը, այլ դրա պատճառով արված ծախսերն են ավելի խնդրահարույց: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ ոչ թե անհանգիստ են, որ զինվոր կամ զինվորներ են մահանում թիկունքում, ոչ առաջնագծում, այլ անհանգիստ են, որ այդ մահացած զինվորին պետք է ինչ-որ կերպ տեղավորեն, որ դրա պատճառով մնացած այլ կեղտերը չբացահայտվեն, և ինչպես տեսնում ենք, դա բնակարան է արժենում, ինչը Բաքվի շուկայական պարզ հարաբերության տեսանկյունից թանկ է մի զինվորի համեմատ:
