ԱՄՆ-ում մահացել է երաժիշտ եւ «Սիգարի արքա» Ավո Ուվեզյանը (ֆոտո)

ԱՄՆ-ում 91 տարեկանում մահացել է երաժիշտ եւ «Սիգարի արքա» Ավո Ուվեզյանը:  

Երաժիշտը մահացել է Ֆլորիդայի Օրլանդո քաղաքում, իր ծննդյան տարեդարձից երեք օր անց, հաղորդում է Cigaroficionado կայքը: 

 Ավո Ուվեզյանը Ֆրենք Սինատրայի Strangers in the Night անմահ երգի հեղինակն է։ Բացի մասնագիտական երաժշտական կարիերայից , Ավոն նաեւ ամենաթանկարժեք ու էլիտար սիգարների AVO ապրանքանիշի հիմնադիրն է։ Այդ սիգարների մեկ տուփն արժե 100-500 դոլար։

Զբոսաշրջության անկման ժամանակաշրջանում Ավո Ուվեզյանը ձեռնարկել էր շրջագայություն դեպի Բաղդադ ու Թեհրան։ Հենց այնտեղ էլ ամեն ինչ սկսվել էր ․․․ Թեհրանում խմբին նկատել էր Իրանի շահ Ռեզա Փեհլեվին, ու լինելով ջազի մեծ սիրահար, նրանց հրավիրել էր իր պալատ։ Այստեղ, պալատում, Ավո Ուվեզյանին օգնության էր հասել   բազմաթիվ լեզուների իմացությունը (հայերեն, անգլերեն, ֆրանսերեն, արաբերեն, թուրքերեն, գերմաներեն ու պարսկերեն)։ Երբ Ուվեզյանին հարցրել են, թե որ լեզվով է նրա համար նախընտրելի հաղորդակցվելը՝ Ավոն պարսկերենն էր ընտրել, դրանով իսկ նվաճելով շահի համակրանքը։ Հենց շահ Ռեզա Փեհլեվիի շնորհիվ է Ավո Ուվեզյանը հնարավորություն ստացել ուղեւորվել ԱՄՆ ու ընդունվել Նյու Յորքի Ջուլիարդ հանրահայտ դպրոցը։ Ամուսնանալով նյույորքցի ոսկերչի դստեր հետ՝ Ավո Ուվեզյանը որոշ ժամանակ զբաղվել է ոսկերչությամբ, բայց չի դադարել նաեւ երաժշտությամբ զբաղվել։ Հակառակը, ոսկերչական գործը նրան դրա համար լրացուցիչ միջոցներ է ապահովել։ 1958-ին ճակատագիրը նրան եւս մեկ երջանիկ անակնկալ է մատուցել՝ Լաս Վեգասում Ավո Ուվեզյանը ծանոթացել է Ֆրենկ Սինատրայի հետ։ Մեկ տարի անց Ավո Ուվեզյանի գրած երգը՝ Broken Guitar  («Կոտրված կիթառ») անվանմամբ ներկայացվել է Ֆրենկ Սինատրային։ Մեղեդիով հիացած Սինատրան առաջարկել էր ընդամենը երգի բառերը փոխել։
