Շվեյցարիայի դաշնային դատախազությունը հետաքննություն է սկսել` կապված այդ երկրում բնակվող թուրքերի դեմ իրականացվող լրտեսական գործունեության հետ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ն:

Դատախազությունից հայտնել են, որ ունեն «հստակ» կասկածներ, որ «քաղաքական հետախուզական կազմակերպությունը» հետևում է Շվեյցարիայում բնակվող թուրքերին: Կառավարության կողմից հավանություն ստանալուց հետո դատախազությունը հետաքննություն է սկսել մարտի կեսերից:

Երկու շաբաթ առաջ շվեյցարական Tages-Anzeiger պարբերականը հրապարակել էր տեղեկություն այն մասին, որ Ցյուրիխի համալսարանում հունվարի 11-ին կազմակերպված Հայոց ցեղասպանության թեմայով սեմինարի ժամանակ երկու մարդ հեռախոսներով լուսանկարել են սեմինարի մասնակիցներին: Բացի այդ, պարբերականը հայտնել էր, որ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Ցյուրիխի համալսարանում կազմակերպված միջոցառմանը, որին մասնակցել է նաև թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ» պարբերականի նախկին խմբագիր, երկրից փախած լրագրող Ջան Դյունդարը, ևս լուսանկարել են ներկաներին:

Նախօրեին Շվեյցարիայի արտգործնախարար Դիդիե Բուրկհալթերը Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, որ իրենց «լրջորեն հետաքննելու են Շվեյցարիայի թուրքերի դեմ իրականացվող անօրինական հետախուզական գործողությունները»:
