Աչքի կատարակտի վիրահատությունը ապրիլի 1-ից որոշ խավերի համար անվճար կլինի

Աչքի կատարակտի վիրահատությունը կենսաթոշակառուների, «Փարոս» ընտանեկան նպաստի համակարգում ընդգրկվածների եւ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող քաղաքացիների համար ապրիլի 1-ից անվճար կլինի: ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը եւ «Երիտասարդ ակնաբույժների ասոցիացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության ղեկավար Արտաշես Զիլֆյանն այդ առնչությամբ փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր են ստորագրել: «Առողջապահության ոլորտում տնտեսած գումարների հաշվին եւս մեկ ծառայություն հասանելի դարձավ մեր բնակչությանը»,-հուշագրի ստորագրումից հետո ասաց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լեւոն Ալթունյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` կատարակտի վիրահատությունը մինչև օրս կատարվում էր կա՛մ վճարովի, կա՛մ կիսավճարի հիմունքներով: Նույնիսկ այն խավերը, որոնք իրավունք ունեին պետպատվերի շրջանակում անվճար օգտվել այդ վիրահատությունից, ստիպված էին լինում վճարել ոսպնյակի գինը՝ 40-60 հազար դրամ: «Առաջիկայում անվճար վիրահատություններից կօգտվեն նաեւ այնպիսի շերտեր, ինչպիսիք են մանկապարտեզների դաստիարակները, առողջապահության ու մշակույթի գործիչները, այն անձինք, որոնց եկամուտը նվազ է 80 հազար, 100 հազար դրամից»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց նախարարը:
2017 թվականի փետրվարից հանրապետության մարզերում «Առողջապահության կազմակերպիչների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից մեկնարկած «Բաց դռների» արդյունքում ավելի քան 13 հազար բնակչի 20 տոկոսի շրջանում ախտորոշվել են աչքի հիվանդություններ, որոնց գերակշիռ մասը՝ կատարակտ:
Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով, կատարակտը կուրության առաջացման նախադրյալներից է: Առաջին փուլում վիրահատությունները կկատարվեն Լոռու մարզի Սպիտակի բժշկական կենտրոնում ու Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սեւանի «Լայոնս» մարզային ակնաբուժական հիմնադրամ կենտրոնում:
Երկրորդ փուլում՝ 2017թ. ծրագիրը կընդլայնվի՝ ընդգրկելով մյուս մարզերի եւ Երեւանի նույն խմբերի քաղաքացիներին: Աչքի կատարակտի անվճար վիրահատության «Առողջ աչքեր» ծրագրի համար դիմելու մանրամասների վերաբերյալ նախարարությունը մոտակա օրերին հանդես կգա հավելյալ հայտարարությամբ:
