Step by Step with successful people ֆորումը շրջանակում պրոդյուսեր դերասան Վաչե Թովմասյանը ներկաներին պատմեց իր հաջողության բանաձևի մասին։ Դերասանը նաև բացահայտեց, թե ինչով է զբաղվում, բացի պրոդյուսերական ու դերասանական աշխատանքից։

Բոլորի համար տարբեր են հաջողության ճանապարհները, բայց մի քանի բաներ կան, որ միանշանակ են։ Օրինակ` անկարևոր է հնչում, որ ասեմ սովորելը շատ կարևոր է։ Ծնողներն այնքան են ասում, որ զզվեցնում են։ Քչերը գիտեն, որ դպրոցում ես գերազանցիկ եմ եղել։ «Դոդիկ» չեմ եղել, բայց լավագույն սովորողն էի։ Դպրոցում աչքի եմ ընկել իմ գիտելիքներով։ Իմ ուժերով ընդունվել եմ բուհ։ Համալսարանում էլ լավ եմ սովորել, բայց արդեն 2–րդ կուրսից արդեն ընտրել էի իմ ճանապարհը` КВН–ը։ Մի դասախոս ունեինք, որ միշտ ասում էր` ամենակարևոր բանը ճիշտ ուսում ստանալն է, ճիշտ գործ գտնելն ու ճիշտ կին ընտրելն է։ Համալսարանում ես այնպիսի գիտելիք եմ ստացել, որ մինչև հիմա ինձ պետք է գալիս։ Հիմա աշխատում եմ որպես պրոդյուսեր և այդ գիտելիքներն օգնում են աշխատակազմին ղեկավարել։

Մարդ պետք է պատրաստ լինի վերցնել այն հաջողությունը, որը գալիս է ու կապ չունի` դա որ ոլորտից է։

Ամեն հարցում շատ են օգնում դրական էներգիան ու ժպիտը։ Դա հասարկ բան է, բայց մարդկանց դուր է գալիս։ Ո՞վ  կսիրի մռայլ դեմքով մարդու։ Ինչքան ջերմ էներգիա փոխանցեք, այդքան էլ կստանաք։

Քչերը գիտեն, որ ծիրանի արտահանմամբ եմ զբաղվում։ 30 հեկտար այգի ունեմ ու մոտ 20 աշխատող, որոնց ասում եմ, թե որը, ինչպես անել։ Իսկապես, ուսումնասիրել եմ այդ ոլորտն ու հիմա շատ բան գիտեմ։ Այս ամենից հասկացել եմ, որ ցանկացած բանի պետք է լուրջ մոտենալ։ Նույնը դերասանի, սցենարիստի, ռեժիսորի մասին հազարավոր գրքեր կան, որոնք պետք է ուսումնասիրել։ Օրինակ, երբ նկարեցինք սիթքոմը, նախապես մենք կարդացինք, թե ինչպես է նկարվում դա, որը որին է հաջորդում և այլն։

Հաջողության մյուս գաղտնիքը նոր ընկերներ ձեռք բերելն է։ Անընդհատ նոր մարդկանց հետ ծանոթացեք, քանի որ ամեն մի նոր ծանոթության հետ դու նոր բան ես սովորում և նոր հաջողություններ ես ունենում, նոր ճանապարհներ են բացվում։ Իրականում, լավ մարդիկ շատ քիչ են այս կյանքում և իրենց դու պետք է բռնես ու բաց չթողես։

Ցանկացած գործի մեջ ամեն մի մանրուքի պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել։ Մանրուքներն են ստեղծում այդ գործը։

Իհարկե, ամեն հարցում օգտագործում եմ իմ բոլոր հնարավորությունները։ Իմ հաջողության գրավականներից մեկը դա է։
