Մշտական հոգնածությունը, ուժերի եւ տոնուսի անկումը կարող են տարբեր հիվանդությունների նշաններ լինել կամ ամենասովորական հոգնածության հետեւանք: Այդուհանդերձ, եթե ձեզ էներգիան չի բավականացնում ամենահասարակ գործողությունների համար, անհրաժեշտ է բժշկի հետ խորհրդակցել եւ հետազոտել լյարդը:
