Նախընտրական զարգացումների առումով ընտրարշավն իր ամենաակտիվ փուլում է։ Քաղաքական ուժերը հստակ դիրքավորել են և իրականացնում են իրենց ընտրարշավները։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ կանանց խորհրդի նախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը։ 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները առանձնահատուկ են և այս ընտրությունների գինը շատ բարձր է։ «Կարծում եմ, որ մեր քաղաքացիները արդեն ծանոթ են ընտրական օրենսգրքի բոլոր փոփոխություններին։ Խորհրդարանականը միակ համապետական ընտրությունն է, և այն իր կնիքն է թողնում ողջ ընտրական գործընթացի վրա»,- ասաց Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը։
Միակ համապետական ընտրություն լինելու հանգամանքը որոշակի սպասելիքներ է ձևավորում։ Ամենակարևոր և գլխավոր սպասելիքը, Նաղդալյանի պնդմամբ, այն է, որ մենք այսօր կարող ենք ունենալ երկրի ապագայի, հանրային կյանքի կազմակերպման, մոտակա հինգ տարիների ընթացքում զարգացումների ուղղությունների վերաբերյալ սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումներ։
«Այս ընտրությունները մարդուն կարող են թույլ տալ խորանալ և հասկանալ տարբերությունները կուսակցությունների և դաշինքների միջև, թե որն է ավելի շահեկան ծրագիր ներկայացնում պետության համար և ով է ունակ իրականացնելու այդ ծրագիրը, որպեսզի քվեարկի այդ քաղաքական ուժի օգտին»,- նշեց ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը։
Հայաստանում Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունները կկայանան ապրիլի 2-ին: Նախընտրական քարոզարշավը մեկնարկել է մարտի 5-ից և կշարունակվի մինչև մարտի 31-ը: Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար գրանցվել է 9 քաղաքական ուժ, որից 5-ը կուսակցություններ են, 4-ը դաշինք: Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին կմասնակցեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետական, «Հայկական վերածնունդ», Հայաստանի Կոմունիստական, Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն, «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցությունները, ինչպես նաև «Ծառուկյան», «Ելք», Կոնգրե ս-ՀԺԿ և «Ելք» դաշինքները:
