Էստոնիա կատարած այցի շրջանակներում Էստոնիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը (նստավայրը՝ Վիլնյուս) մարտի 24-ին հանդիպում ունեցավ Էստոնիայի Ռիյգիկոգուի (խորհրդարան) ներկայացուցիչ Կուլլիկի Կուբարսեպի հետ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան միջխորհրդարանական կապերի հետագա ընդլայնմանը, Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, ինչպես նաև սիրիահայերին առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի:

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանը խորհրդարանականին ներկայացրեց նաև ՀՀ-ում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին առնչվող հարցեր: Այնուհետև, դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ Էստոնիայի ԱԳՆ պետքարտուղար Ռայներ Սաքսի հետ, որի ընթացքում երկկողմ գոհունակություն հայտնվեց ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր շրջանակային համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների ավարտի և մոտ ապագայում դրա ստորագրման կապակցությամբ:

Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտությանը՝ դեսպան Մկրտչյանը ներկայացրեց նախորդ տարվա ապրիլին Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ագրեսիայի հետևանքները՝ ընդգծելով հաճախակի դարձած ադրբեջանական դիվերսիոն գործողությունների հետևանքով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և Արցախ-Ադրբեջան շփման գծում առաջացած լարվածությունը։ Դեսպան Մկրտչյանը պետքարտուղար Սաքսին ներկայացրեց տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում ՀՀ կառավարության նպատակաուղղված աշխատանքները և Էստոնիայում ոլորտի առաջատարների հետ փորձի փոխանակման պատրաստակամությունը: Նույն օրը դեսպան Մկրտչյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ Էստոնիայի Մշակույթի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Մադիս Յարվի և Էստոնիայի Ազգային օպերայի տնօրեն Այվար Մաեի հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին առաջիկայում համատեղ մշակութային միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ մի շարք ծրագրեր:

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանն Էստոնիա կատարած այցի ավարտին ճանաչողական այց կատարեց բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում ծառայություններ մատուցող «Proekspert» ընկերություն, որտեղ ընկերության ղեկավարների հետ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին հայկական ընկերությունների հետ փորձի փոխանակման հեռանկարները:
