Վարսերի հաճախ լվացումը կարող է ավելի շատ վնասել, քան օգուտ տալ։ Այն մարդիկ, որոնք ամեն օր լվանում են վարսերը փակ շրջանում են հայտնվում, քանի որ վարսերը սկսում են ավելի արագ յուղոտվել, հետևաբար պետք է դրանք ավելի հաճախ լվանալ, իսկ որքան հաճախ եք լվանում վարսերն, այնքան ավելի արագ են դրանք կեղտոտվում:
Adme-ն գրում է, որ կա մի քանի խորամանկություն, որոնք թույլ կտան դուրս գալ այդ շրջանից ու որոշ ժամանակով մոռանալ վարսերը լվանալու մասին։ Որոշ ժամանակ չլվանալուց հետո կզգաք, որ դրանք ավելի հազվադեպ են սկսել կեղտոտվել։
1. Հետևեք ձեր սննդակարգին։ Որպեսզի վարսերն ուշ յուղոտվեն՝ ձեր սննդակարգից հեռացրեք բոլոր յուղոտ ու շատ քաղցր ուտեստները։ Դրանք փոխարինեք բանջարեղենով ու մրգերով։
2. Օգտագործեք մանկական ցանափոշին։ Այն քսեք վարսերի արմատներին ու 20 րոպե հետո սանրեք։ Ինչպես նաև կարող եք չոր շամպուն օգտագործել։
3. Օգտագործեք գլխակապերը։ Դրանք կօգնեն ծածկել վարսերի յուղոտությունն ու թույլ տալ, որ որոշ ժամանակ չլվանաք վարսերը։
4. Ուշադրություն դարձրեք ջրի ջերմաստիճանին։ Տաք ջուրն ավելացնում է մաշկային յուղի քանակությունը, իսկ գոլ կամ սառը ջուրը՝ պակասեցնում է։
5. Հյուսեք վարսերը։ Այսպես ևս կկարողանաք որոշ ժամանակով թաքցնել վարսերի յուղոտությունը։
6. Քնելուց առաջ սանրեք վարսերն ու այնպես կապեք, որ դրանք բարձին չքսվեն։ Եթե երկարությունը թույլ է տալիս, ապա հյուսեք կամ պոչիկ կապեք։
7. Վարսերը սովորում են որոշակի ձևին և սկսում են կեղտոտվել ձեր «բախտի» հատվածում։ Փոխեք վարսերի «բախտն» ու յուղոտությունն այդքան չի երևա։
8. Հարթ սանրվածքներ մի արեք։ Այդպես ավելի ակնհայտ է երևում, որ վարսերը յուղոտ են։ Նախապատվությունը տվեք ավելի ազատ սանրվածքներին։
9. Լվացեք սանրերը։ Դրանք պետք է լվանալ շաբաթը մեկ անգամ։ Սանրը պետք է մաքուր լինի, որպեսզի վարսերը չկեղտոտվեն։
