Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության շտաբի աշխատակիցները լուրջ ուսումնասիրել են «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիներ միավորում» ՀԿ-ի հրապարակած ձայնագրությունները։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ, ՀՀԿ կանանց խորհրդի նախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը։ Նա ձայնագրությունների վերաբերյալ ասաց, որ չի լսել դրանք։& nbsp;«Իմ գործընկերները լուրջ ուսումնասիրել են այդ ձայնագրությունները և արդեն համապատասխան հայտարարությունը տարածել են։ Քաղաքական ուժերը, ովքեր լուրջ մասնակցում են ընտրություններին, բնականաբար որոշակի կազմակերպչական աշխատանք կատարում են՝ կողմնակիցներ, թվաքական, կոնտակտներ և այլն։ Այս ամենը մեկ բառով կարելի է անվանել ցուցակագրում։ Այդ բառը ասելիս անմիջապես պատկերացնում ենք վարչական ռեսուրսի չարաշահում, բայց առաջին հերթին դա կազմակերպչական աշխատանք է, որը կատարում են բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը»,- ասաց Նաղդալյանը։ 

Նրա պնդմամբ՝ նախկին հնարավորությունները՝ վարչական ռեսուրս օգտագործել, մարդուն ստիպել քվեարկել այսպես կամ այնպես, քվեաթերթիկը դուրս հանելը, նկարելը, ապացուցելը վերացել է նոր ընտրական օրենսգրքի հիման վրա։ 
Նա շեշտեց, որ որևէ տնօրեն՝ լինի դպրոցի, թե մանկապարտեզի, եթե ցանկանա «արջի ծառայություն» մատուցել, գործընթացը վերահսկել հնարավոր չէ։ «Որևէ մեկը չի կարող ստուգել և համոզվել, թե ինչպես ընտրեցիք։ Ընտրությունը չի կարող նկարահանվել։ Այս տարվա ընտրական փոփոխությունների շնորհիվ ոչ մի քաղաքական ուժ չի կարող վերահսկել, ար դյոք այն անձը ում նա ընտրակաշառք է տվել հենց իր օգտին է քվեարկել, թե ոչ։ Եթե ուզում են իրենց գումարները ջուրը գցել, ապա կարող են շարունակել բաժանել կաշառքները, միևնույնն է, վերահսկում իրականացնելն անհնար է»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ կանանց խորհրդի նախագահը։ 
«Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը մարտի 24-ին հրապարակել է հանրապետության 114 դպրոցների ու մանկապարտեզների տնօրենների ցուցակն ու նրանց հետ խոսակցությունների ձայնագրություններ:
