Մաշկը խնամելու գաղտնիքներ, որ պետք է իմանան բոլոր աղջիկները

Ամեն երկրորդ աղջիկն իր կյանքում գոնե մեկ անգամ առնչվել է մաշկի խնդիրների հետ՝ յուղոտություն, ցան, ակնե և այլն։ Վատ խնամքի պատճառով այս ամենը կարող է բավականին լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենալ։

Tochka-ն գրում է, որ այս խնդիրները սովորաբար առաջանում են դեռահասության տարիքում, սակայն պատահում է, որ դրանք անհանգստացնում են նաև հասուն տարիքում։ Դրա համար էլ կա մի քանի խորամանկություն, որոնց շնորհիվ կարող եք խուսափել մաշկի խնդիրներից։

1.     Մաքրում։ Խնդրահարույց մաշկ ունեցողների համար առաջնային պետք է լինի մաշկի մաքրումը։ Օրվա ընթացքում դեմքի մաշկը կեղտոտվում է՝ փոշի, անցանկալի բակտերիաներ ու դիմահարդարում։ Այս ամենը պետք է մաքրել առավոտյան ու երեկոյան։ Խուսափեք չոր մաքրող միջոցներից, քանի որ դրանք կարող են վնասել մաշկը։ Ինչպես նաև, ցանկալի է, որ ամեն օր մաքրեք նաև մարմինն ու այն ամենը, ինչ դրա հետ կապված է ՝ սրբիչներ, անկողնային պարագաներ։

2.     Խոնավեցում։ Այո, նույնիսկ խնդրահարույց, յուղոտ մաշկը խոնավեցման կարիք ունի։ Խորհուրդ ենք տալիս այնպիսի կրեմեր օգտագործել, որոնց բաղադրության մեջ ռետինոլ կա։ Հենց այս նյութն է արդյունավետ կերպով պայքարում ակնեների ու բորբոքված հատվածների դեմ։ Խոնավեցնող կրեմի ամենօրյա օգտագործումն արդեն մի քանի շաբաթից արդյունք ցույց կտա։

3.     Վերականգնում։ Ակնեների դեմ պայքարից հետո մաշկաբանները խորհուրդ են տալիս վերականգնողական պրոցեդուրաներ անել։ Վերականգնումը պետք է անել ոչ միայն արտաքինի դեպքում, այլև ներքինի։ Նորմավորված ու առողջ սնունդ օգտագործեք և հետևեք ջրի բալանսին։ Միայն այս դեպքում կկարողանաք մեկընդմիշտ մոռանալ մաշկի խնդիրների մասին։
