Տարածքից մինչև ֆինանսավորում ու սոցփաթեթ. մշակութային ՀԿ-ները նախարարին ներկայացրին խնդիրները

Մշակութային հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանին ներկայացրին իրենց ցանկությունները և առաջարկները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այդ առիթով մարտի 25-ին մշակութային ՀԿ-ների անդամները հանդիպեցին մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանի հետ:
«Մեզ ժամանակ էր պետք հասկանալու և ձևակերպելու այն խնդիրները, որոնք այսօր կան մշակութային դաշտում: Մենք փորձել ենք գտնել այն ճանապարհները, որով կարող ենք լուծում տալ մեր առջև ծառացած խնդիրներին: Այսօր կփորձենք մեր նախանշած խնդիրներին տալ ճիշտ ուղղություններ և առաջ շարժվել»,- ասաց Արմեն Ամիրյանն ու լսեց ՀԿ-ների առաջ քաշած հարցերը:
«Տիկնիկային արվեստի գործիրների միջազգային միություն» կենտրոնի նախագահ Արմեն Սաֆարյանի՝ կենտրոնի համար տարածք տրամադրելու խնդրանքին ի պատասխան` Արմեն Ամիրյանն առաջարկեց նախաձեռնել տարածքի շինարարությունը, դիմել պետությանը` աջակցության համար`գումարով, գործընկերներ և հովանավորներ գտնելով:
Առնո Բաբաջանյանի հիշատակի հիմնադրամի անդամ Նունե Շատյանը հետաքրքրվեց երաժշտական, արվեստի և հանրակրթական դպրոցների ուսուցիչների իրավական կարգավիճակի մասին` հիշեցնելով, որ երաժշտական, արվեստի դպրոցի ուսուցիչները վճարվում են ժամավճարով, իսկ հանրակրթական դպրոցի ուսուցիչները` ստաբիլ աշխատավարձով: Բացի այդ, երաժշտական դպրոցի ուսուցիչները չեն օգտվում սոցիալական փաթեթներից: «Տեղյակ եմ խնդրին, քանի որ այն մարզերում կատարած շրջագայությունների ժամանակ բազմիցս բարձրաձայնվել Է: Եվ հիմա այն կառավարությունում քննարկման գործընթացում է&raqu o;,- ասաց նախարարն ու հույս հայտնեց, որ խնդրին շուտով լուծում կտրվի:
«Կենաց տուն» մշակութային ՀԿ-ն ներկայացնող Լալա Մնեյանն անդրադարձավ ժողովրդական մշակույթի պահպանման խնդրին: Առաջարկեց սահմանամերձ շրջաններում տարբեր արհեստների ուսուցման ներուժ` շահագրգիռ մարդկանցից ֆինանսավորում ստանալու ակնկալիքով:
«Վաղուց արդեն ախտորոշել ենք, որ մարզերում և մայրաքաղաքում մշակութային կյանքը խիստ անհամաչափ է բաշխված: Մշակութային արտադրանքը ևս մեր կառավարության աշխատանքում կարևորագույն կետ է»,- ասաց Արմեն Ամիրյանն ու նշեց, որ պետությունը պատրաստ է ֆինանսավորելու այդ առաջարկը:
