ՀՀ վարչապետը «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբից» բիզնես էլիտայի մշակույթի փոփոխություն է ակնկալում

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը «Հայաստանի ներդրողների ակումբ» ոչ հրապարակային պայմանագրային ներդրումային ֆոնդից ակնկալում է բիզնես էլիտայի մշակույթի փոփոխություն, կապիտալի և ֆինանսական շուկաներում ակտիվացում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ակումբի մեկնարկին այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

«Ակումբի անդամներն աշխարհով մեկ ունեն գործընկերներ, և ակնկալում եմ, որ իրենց մասնակցությունը կբերի նրան, որ այս ակումբը կդառնա կամուրջ բավական մեծ ֆինանսական շուկայի և բիզնես կառույցների միջև: Իրականում եսակնկալում եմ, որ այն որակական փոփոխություն կմտցնի մեր բիզնես միջավայրում, բիզնես մթնոլորտում: Ավելին, ոչթե ակնկալում եմ, այլհամոզված եմ, որովհետև սա առաջին օրինակն է, որտեղ պետությունը չիմասնակցում, լրիվ մասնավոր ակումբ է, որն ունի բիզնես նպատակներ, և հենց դա պետք է անենք»,- նշեց վարչապետ Կարապետյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ներկայում արտասահմանյան գործընկերների հետ բանակցություններ են ընթանում գրանտային-դրամաշնորհային դաշտից բիզնես դաշտ տեղափոխվելու ուղղությամբ: «Մենք դեմ չենք դրամաշնորհներին, բայցուզում ենք միջավայր ստեղծել, որտեղ փող աշխատելը, շահույթ հետապնդելը, եկամուտ ստանալը Հայաստանումդառնա տրամաբանական, որովհետև դա փոխելու է տեխնոլոգիա, մտածելակերպ, ամեն ինչ»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ կառավարության ղեկավարը:

Նա նաև հիշեցրեց, որ կառավարությունը ներկայում ֆիքսել է 3.2 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի ծրագրի:«Այդ 3.2 մլրդԱՄՆ դոլարի մեջ այս ակումբը կարո՞ղ է մասնակից դառնալ, թե՞ ոչ, ակումբի խնդիրն է: Բայց մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ ակումբի մուտքով 3.2 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլարից բացի կլինեն այլ ներդրումներ ևս»,- ամփոփեց Կարապետյանը:
