Բոլիվիայի նախագահը լրագրողի արտաքսման պատճառով Չիլիին մեղադրել է խոսքի ազատության խախտման մեջ

Բոլիվիայի նախագահ Էվո Մորալեսը մարտի 25-ին Չիլիի իշխանություններին մեղադրել է խոսքի ազատության խախտման մեջ՝ բոլիվիացի երկու լրագրողների աշխատանքին խոչընդոտելու պատճառով։ Նրանք հարեւան երկիր էին գնացել ինը բոլովիացիների ձերբակալության շուրջ իրավիճակը լուսաբանելու նպատակով, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Մորալեսի կարծիքով Չիլիի իշխանությունները լրագրողներից մեկին արտաքսել են, որպեսզի «թաքցնեն ձերբակալվածների ու մաքսանենգության մասին ճշմարտությունը»։ «Դա տեղեկության ազատության խախտում է»,- գրել է նախագահը իր Twitter միկրոբլոգում։

Բոլիվիայի իշխանությունները հայտնում են, որ լրագրող Սանդրա Մարիսկալն ու օպերատոր Էրիկ Կոնդորենը ձերբակալվել են Չիլիի օդանավակայանում՝ աշխատանքային վիզա չունենալու պատրվակով։ Կոնդորենին հետ են ուղարկել Բոլիվիա, իսկ Մարիսկալին թույլ են տվել մտնել երկիր այն պայմանով, որ նա լրագրությամբ չի զբաղվի։

 Չիլիի ոստիկանությունը կալանավորել էր բոլիվիական մաքսատան յոթ աշխատակիցների ու երկու զինվորականների։ Մորալեսի խոսքով, իր հայրենակիցները ձերբակալության պահին գտնվել են Բոլիվիայի տարածքում ու ուղեկցում էին չիլիական համարանիշներով բեռնատար, որի մեջ, նրանց տվյալներով, մաքսանենգ ապրանք էր։ Սանտյագոյում պնդում են, որ բոլիվիացիները ձերբակալվել են Չիլիի տարածքում բեռնատարի առեւանգման համար։

Սանտյագոյի ու Լա-Պասի հարաբերությունները արդեն երկար տարիներ լարված են տարածքային վեճի պատճառով։ Բոլիվիան ուզում է ստանալ ելք դեպի ծով, որը կորցրել էր Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան պատերազմի հետեւանքով (1879-1884)։ 2015-ի սեպտեմբերին Հաագայի միջազգային դատարանը մերժել է Չիլիի պահանջը՝ փակել Բոլիվիայի հետ տարածքային վեճի մասին գործը։
