Ողջ ճշմարտությունը մանկական տակդիրների մասին

Մանկաբույժները խորհուրդ են տալիս չչարաշահել մանակական տակդիրների օգտագործումը. հատկապես տղա երեխաների համար դա կարող է ոչ ցանկալի հետևանքներ ունենալ։

Մանկաբույժ Տաթևիկ Օհանջանյանի խոսքով՝ տղա երեխաների արտաքին սեռական օրգանների համար վնասակար են տակդիրները։

«Չի կարելի երեխային մինչև 3 տարեկանը տակդիր հագցնել, քանի որ դա կխանգարի ոչ միայն բնազդի զարգացմանը, այլև որոշ օրգանների ճիշտ ձևավորմանը»։ Մանկաբույժը խորհուրդ է տալիս հատկապես ամռանը երեխային թողնել միայն մի թեթև ներքնաշորով՝ «հարկ չկա խեղճ փոքրիկներին անընդհատ տանջել, երկար ժամանակ թողնել միևնույն տակդիրի մեջ»։ Ամեն երեխայի շատ ինդիվիդուալ մոտեցում է անհրաժեշտ, տակդիր ընտրելիս` նույնպես ։

Մանկաբույժն ասում է, որ երեխային պետք է միշտ նույն տեսակի տակդիր հագցնել. «երբ փոխում ես տեսակը, նա շատ շուտ զգում է, մաշկի վրա բշտեր են առաջանում»։ Տակդիրները լինում են էկոնոմ և պրեմիում տեսակի։ Էկոնոմ կարգի տակդիրները նորածիններին խորհուրդ չի տրվում.սրանք նախատեսված են ավելի հաճախ փոխելու համար, դրա համար էժան են։ Նորածիններին պրեմիում կարգի տակդիրներ են պետք, քանի որ այս տեսակները հատուկ ձևով են պատրաստվում։ Էկոնոմ կարգի տակդիրները, ի տարբերություն պրեմիումի, գեղեցիկ հարդարանք չունեն և չեն պարունակում խոնավեցնող լոսիոններ։ Իսկ պրեմիում կարգի տակդիրները, բացի գեղեցիկ հարդարանքից, նաև շատ հարմար են երեխայի ակտիվ շարժման համար։

Չնայած տակդիրների հարմարավետությանը, Նաիրա Հակոբյանն իր 5 ամսական Հասմիկին միշտ բարուրել է՝ ելնելով այն տարածված կարծիքից, թե երեխայի ոտքերը ծուռ կլինեն տակդիրների պատճառով, սակայն չի ժխտում՝ «շատ անհանգիստ է փոքրիկս, ողջ գիշեր չի քնում»։

Երեխային փաթաթելու վերաբերյալ Օհանջանյանն իր տեսակետն ունի. «Ճիշտ է, տակդիրն իր վատ հետևանքներն է ունենում երկարաժամկետ օգտագործելիս, բայց երեխային բարուրելն ու պոլիէթիլենով ծածկված կտորով կապելն ավելի վատ է. արյան շրջանառությունը լավ չի կատարվում, կոնքազդրային շրջանում շեղումներ են լինում, երեխան չափազանց անհանգիստ է լինում»։

Մանկաբույժը հատկապես խորհուրդ չի տալիս երեխաներին միաժամանակ տակդիր հագցնել ու բարուրել, քանի որ տակդիրից ոտքերը լայն են բացվում, իսկ փաթաթելիս դրանք սեղմվում են և նոր շեղումներ առաջացնում։
