Սինթետիկ հագուստ մի կրեք, այն կարող է փոշի հավաքել իր վրա: Ավելի լավ է՝ բնական կտորից շոր հագնել՝ օրինակ, բամբակից։ 2. Եթե մարզվում եք բաց երկնքի տակ, ավելի լավ է դա անել մինչեւ լուսաբացը կամ վաղ առավոտյան, երբ ծաղկափոշին օդում դեռեւս այդքան շատ չէ: Քանի որ մարզվելու ընթացքում մենք ավելի արագ ու խորն ենք շնչում, ծաղակափոշին կարող է ալերգիայի սուր նոպա առաջացնել:
Այդ պատճառով ավելի լավ է մարզվել փակ տարածքներում, այլ ոչ բաց երկնքի տակ: 3. Եթե այգի եք խնամում, հակագիստամինային դեղեր ընդունեք տնից դուրս գալուց 30 րոպե առաջ: Այգում աշխատելիս անպայման դիմակ ու ձեռնոց կրեք, իսկ տուն վերադառնալով՝ լվացեք ձեռքերը, մազերն ու հագուստը: 4. Զգույշ եղեք բնակարանում ալերգենների հետ: Ավելի հաճախ սրբեք կահույքը, կեղտոտ կոշիկները թողեք սենկայից դուրս եւ, իհարկե, հաճախ լոգանք ընդունեք: 5. Եթե հակաալերգիկ դեղորայքը Ձեզ չի օգնում, մտածեք սրսկվելու մասին:
