 Արցախի Թալիշ գյուղում նախորդ տարվա ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո դեռեւս ընտանիքներ չեն բնակվում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Թալիշի գյուղապետ Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ սա ժամանակավոր բնույթ է կրում:

«Հուսանք, որ ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի: Գյուղի ընդհանուր բնակիչների թիվը շուրջ 18- է: Ամեն մեկը զբաղված է իր  աշխատանքով: Էլեկտրասնուցման համակարգն աշխատում է ըստ անհրաժեշտության: Անհրաժեշտ տներում միացումները կատարված են: Կան թաղամասեր, որ ճակատային գծից թշնամու համար ուղիղ տեսանելիություն ունեն, այդ թաղամասերում, իհարկե, ոչինչ չի արվել ոչ ջրամատակարարման, ոչ էլեկտրասնուցման համակարգում, բայց կոնկրետ այն տներում, որտեղ դեռ մարդիկ ապրում են, ամեն ինչ կարգավորված է»,-իրավիճակը ներկայացրեց Թալիշի գյուղապետը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Թալիշում հատկապես վնասվել էին հանդիսությունների սրահը, ինչպես նաեւ գյուղապետարանը, որոնք հիմքից վերակառուցվում են:

«Արկակոծության հետեւանքով հանդիսությունների շենքը քանդվել էր մինչեւ հիմքերը, իսկ գյուղապետարանի շենքը՝ հատկապես վերեւի հատվածն ամբողջությամբ: Անհատական բնակարանային ֆոնդն է վնասված, 
բայց դրա վրա դեռեւս աշխատանքներ չեն կատարվում»,-նշեց Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ առաջիկայում եւս կան անելիքներ, սակայն ստույգ տեղեկություն տալ դեռեւս չի կարող:

Նա վստահեցրեց, որ գյուղում մարդկանց տրամադրությունը սովորական է. 2017 թվականի փետրվարյան հրետակոծությունից հետո առանձնապես ինչ-որ փոփոխություն չի նկատվում:
