ՃՈ-ն հետևողական է բեմադրված ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարները բացահայտելու գործում

ԱՊՊԱ համակարգի ներդրումից հետո վերջ տրվեցին հետվթարային վեճերին և պարզաբանումներին, սակայն այդ համակարգի ներդրումից հետո սկսեցին «բեմադրվել» ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարներ:
ՃՈ հետաքննության ավագ տեսուչ Տիգրան Պողոսյանի խոսքով`բեմադրված, կեղծ ավտովթարները ոստիկանությունը բաժանում է երեք խմբի:
«Առաջին խմբում այն դեպքերն են, երբ երկու վնասված մեքենաներ, որոնք ընդհանրապես իրար չէին ընդհարվել, բերվում էին իրար կողք, թե իբր իրար են բախվել: Ներկայումս նման դեպքեր այլևս չեն արձանագրվում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց Պողոսյանը:
Ըստ ՃՈ հետաքննության ավագ տեսուչի` երկրորդ խմբում այն պատահարներն են, որոնք իրականում տեղի են ունեցել, ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով չեն արձանագրվել, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ հետո այդ մեքենաները տեղադրում են նույն վայրում, որպեսզի վթարը արձանագրվի:
«Երրորդ խումբը այն ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարներն են, որոնք հանրային մեծ վտանգավորություն են ներկայացնում, երբ ավտովթարը նախապես պլանավորվում է, մշակվում է եւ իրական ավտովթար է ստեղծվում»,- ասաց Պողոսյանը և հավելեց, որ այդ կերպ վարորդները ապահովագրական ընկերություններից գումար ստանալու նպատակ են հետապնդում:
Պողոսյանը նշեց, որ ՃՈ-ն հետևողական է բեմադրված վթարները բացահայտելու գործում, ինչպես նաև նման դեպքերը բացառելու նպատակով կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ է իրականացնում:
«Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության կողմից բավականաչափ մեծ աշխատանք է կատարվել այս ուղղությամբ: Վերջին 1-2 տարվա տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ բավականին նվազել է նման դեպքերի քանակը»,- ընդգծեց Պողոսյանը:
2010 թվականին Հայաստանում ներդրվեց ԱՊՊԱ համակարգը:
