Եվրոպական KOG եւ «Demokratijos projektai» կողմից իրականացված սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներ. «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը առաջինն է, հետո ՀՀԿ-ն է, ՕՐՕ-ն ու Ելքը

Այսօր Երևանի «Մարրիոթ» հյուրանոցում սոցիոլոգիական գիտությունների դոկտոր Մարիուս Քալանթանն ու սոցիոլոգ Մինդաուգս Լապինսկասնը ներկայացրին KOG (Institute for Marketing and Communication Sciences) եւ «Demokratijos projektai» կողմից իրականացված սոցիոլոգիական հարցումների վերլուծությունները՝ կապված ապրիլի 2-ին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ:
Լիտվացի սոցիոլոգների ներկայացմամբ՝ իրենց կազմակերպությունը ուրվագծում է անցումային փուլում գտնվող ժողովրդավարությունները, վերլուծում է հավաքարգրված տեղեկատվությունը և փորձում հասկանալ, թե զարգացող երկրները ինչերի են ենթարկվում։
Հայաստանում սոցհարցում իրականացնելու համար վերջինները դրամաշնորհ են ստացել և դրա շրջանակներում հետազոտություն են իրականացրել։ Դրամաշնորհը բացի Հայաստանից նաև այլ երկրներ է ընդգրկում։ Հետազոտությունը վերջին երկու շաբաթների ընթացքում է իրականացվել։
Մասնավորապես այն իրականացվել է մարտի 8-17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։ Լիտվացի սոցիոլոգները փորձել են հասկանալ բնակչության ներկայացուցչական խումբը ամբողջությամբ է ընդգրկված, թե՞ ոչ։
Սոցիոլոգ Մինդաուգս Լապինսկասնը ասաց, որ առաջին անգամ է, որ նախըտրական արդյունքները ներկայացնելու փոխարեն նա կարող է դրանք ցույց տալ։
«Այստեղ մի քանի հիշարժան կետ կա, որից մեկը այն է, թե Հայաստանում ի՞նչ վիճակ է»,- նշեց նա, և վերցնելով «Ջերմուկի» շիշը թափահարեց այն ու ասաց, թե այն, ինչ գտնվում է այդ շշի ներսում նախընտրական ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանում տիրող իրավիճակն է։
«Հետազոտության արդյունքները նախևառաջ ցուցադրում են, որ հայերը հիասթափված են, իրավիճակը երկրում բավական թեժ է՝ պղպջակներով լի։
Մինգաուգաս Լապինսկասի խոսքով՝ հարցմանը պատասխանած քաղաքացիների 74.9 տոկոսը նշել են, որ գնալու են ընտրության, 84 տոկոսը համոզված է, որ ընտրախախտումներ են լինելու, իսկ 72 տոկոսը կարծում է, որ լուրջ փոփոխություն է պետք երկրին:
Հարցման մասնակիցների 40.70 տոկոսը կքվեարկի «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի օգտին, 19.40-ը՝ ՀՀԿ-ի, 8.70-ը՝ ՕՐՕ դաշինքի, 4.10-ը՝ «Ելք» դաշինքի, 3.9 տոկոսը՝ Հայկական վերածնունդին, 3.79-ը՝ ՀՅԴ-ին, 3.15-ը՝ ՀԱԿ-ին, իսկ 1.70-ը՝ Ազատ դեմոկրատներին:
Հարցին, թե որոնք են այն երեք կուսակցությունները, որոնք կհայտնվեն խորհրդարանում, հարցվածները պատասխանել են՝ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը, ՀՀԿ-ն եւ ՕՐՕ-ն:
Հարցին` ո՞ւմ ֆինանսավորմամբ է անցկացվել հարցումը եւ օրեր առաջ հրապարակված Gallup-ի հարցումներից այն տարբերվում է, բանախոսներից մեկը պատասխանեց. «Ես չեմ կարող մեկնաբանել Գելլափի հարցումները, կան տարբերություններ, արվել է, որովհետև ես չգիտեմ՝ երբ են դրանք արվել, բյուջեն միջազգային կազմակերպություններն են հովանավորում և սա միայն Հայաստանը չի»։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կապ ունի՞ այս հարցումների հետ ինչ-որ կերպով, կազմակերպիչները պատասխանեցին, որ ոչ մի կազմակերպություն կապ չունի այս հարցումների հետ։
Ամեն 6 հարցվածից 5-ը ասում է, որ երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակը և պայմանները վատն են։ Շատ քիչ քանակությամբ մարդիկ ասել են, որ կամ բավարարված են, կամ էլ մասամբ են բավարարված և դժգոհ են առկա իրավիճակից։
Հարցվածների 75 տոկոսը պատասխանել են, որ իրավիճակը նախորդ 12 ամիսների ընթացքում էլ ավելի է վատացել։ «Ինչպե՞ս են գնահատում իշխանությունների աշխատանքը» կամ «Ինչ է անում կառավարությունը» հարցերին մի քանի մարդ պատասխանել են՝ չգիտեն։ Իսկ հարցվածների 44 տոկոսը նշել են, որ բացասական գնահատական և վերաբերմունք ունեն իշխանության գործունեության նկատմամբ՝ մասնավորապես երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման տեսանկյունից։ Ինչ վերաբերում է անվտանգությանը, ապա բնակչության կեսից ավելին նշել են, որ քիչ թե շատ դրական են գնահատում վիճակը»,- ներկայացրեց իրենց հետազոտության արդյունքները լիտվացի սոցիոլոգը։
