Արծվանիստում հրատապ է համարվում խմելու ջրի մատակարարման հիմնախդրի լուծումը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Արծվանիստ գյուղում բնակչությանը խմելու ջուր մատակարարվում է յուրաքանչյուր երկու օրը մեկ:Ընդ որում մոտ կես դար վաղեմությամբ կառուցված խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանցը բաղկացած է ազբեստյա խողովակաշարից` որոշ տեղերում ընթանալով վերգետնյա, բաց հոսքով: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Արծվանիստի գյուղապետ Սամվել Օհանյանը, մարդիկ Արծվանիստում մտահոգ են ոչ միայն ջրամատակարաման անկանոնությամբ, այլ նաեւ որակով:
«Մի քանի տարի առաջ ջրամատակարարման վիճակն ավելի մտահոգող էր, քանի որ օրվա կարգավորիչ ջրամբար ջուրը մտնում էր գերեզմանոցի միջով:Օրվա կարգավորիչ ջրամբարի եւ ջրատարի մուտքի խողովակաշարը մեկուսացնելու, վերակառուցելու միջոցներ գտանք, սակայն 9 կիլոմետր երկարության արտաքին ցանցի հիմնանորոգման համար դեռեւս չենք կարողացել ելք գտնել: Վերջերս միայն հստակեցվեց, որ մեր խմելու ջրի մատակարարման բարելավումը կկատարվի «Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամ»-ի միջոցներով»,-նշեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Գեղաքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմից հաստատեցին, որ Արծվանիստի խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանցի կառուցումն ընդգրկված է «Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամ»-ի կողմից Գեղարքունիքի մարզում իրականացվող ծրագրերի առաջին փուլի ցանկում: Նախնական հաշվարկներով` Արծվանիստի խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանցի կառուցման համար նախատեսվում է հատկացնել 137 միլիոն դրամ: Ըստ համայնքի ղեկավարի ներկայացման` անիմաստ կլինի ջրատարի արտաքին հին ցանցի վերափոխումը, քանի որ նոր նախագծով, համաձայն «Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամ»-ի հետ նախնական պայմանավորվածության, պետք է կառուցվի այլ աղբյուրից սնվող ջրատար ցանց, որի հզորությունը բավարար կլինի գյուղի բնակչության կարիքների համար: Նոր կառուցվող ջրատարի համար ծախսերն ավելի պակաս կլինեն:»Նոր աղբյուրը, որի հզորությունը կազմում է 15 լիտր վայրկյան, օրվա կարգավորիչ ջրամբարից գտնվում է 6 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա` ներկա ջրատարի 9 կիլոմետրի դիմաց: Բացի այդ, գործող ջրատարը սնող աղբյուրն առավելապես սնվում է ձնհալի ջրերով` մաքրությամբ զիջելով նոր աղբյուրին, որից պետք է սնվի ապագա ջրատարը:Մեր գյուղի մարդիկ օր ու ժամ առաջ ենսպասում այս հույժ կարեւոր ծրագրի մեկնարկին»,-ասաց համայնքի ղեկավարը: Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության վարչությունից հաստատեցին, որ Արծվանիստի խմելու ջրատարի արտաքին ցանցի կառուցման նախագծման աշխատանքները կավարտվեն այս տարվա մեջ, իսկ շինարարությունը կմեկնարկի եկող տարվա գարնանը:
