«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանությունները իրավապահ համակարգի հետ քննարկել են Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան դաշինքից նաև պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանին ինչ-որ գործով որպես կասկածյալ կամ մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու հարցը:

Օհանյանի անունը, հայտնի է, որ շրջանառվում է Նորքի զինված խմբի գործունեության շրջանակներում: Բայց մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Օհանյանի ներգրավումը պայմանավորված կլինի նրա վարքագծով. եթե նա նույնպես Սամվել Բաբայանի նման կոշտ հայտարարություններ ու դիրքորոշում որդեգրի, ապա նրա ներգրավումն անխուսափելի կլինի: Սեյրան Օհանյանին անձամբ որևէ գործում ներգրավելուն խոչընդոտում է ևս մի հանգամանք՝ նա գրանցված պատգամավորի թեկնածու է և ունի որոշակի անձեռնմխելիություն: Եվ եթե նրան հանցագործություն կատարելու պահին չեն բռնել, ապա պարզապես կասկածելով՝ միանգամից չեն կարող ձերբակալել, ինչպես դա արեցին Բաբայանի դեպքում:

ԸՕ-ի համաձայն՝ գրանցված թեկնածուի դեպքում քրեական հետապնդում կարող է հարուցվել միայն ԿԸՀ-ի համաձայնությամբ: Առանց դրա նա չի կարող զրկվել ազատությունից: Իսկ ԿԸՀ-ն նշված հարցի վերաբերյալ որոշում ընդունում է հանձնաժողովի անդամների ընդհանուր թվի ձայների առնվազն 2/3-ով: Իշխանություններն առայժմ չեն ցանկանում ԿԸՀ-ին նման որոշում կայացնելու փորձության ենթարկել:
