ԵԱՏՄ-ում համաձայնեցնում են սիգարետների ակցիզի հարկադրույքը՝ հազար հատը 35 եվրոյի չափով. «Իզվեստիա»

 Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը (ԵԱՏՀ) որոշում Է ընդունել 2022 թվականին ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների համար սահմանել սիգարետների ակցիզի հաշվարկան միասնական մեխանիզմ: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմնպրես»-ը, գրել Է «Իզվեստիա» թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Իլյա Տրունինի նամակը Դաշնության խորհրդի բյուջեի եւ ֆինանսական շուկաների կոմիտեին:  
Նամակից հետեւում Է, որ ԵԱՏՀ-ն համաձայնագիր Է պատրաստել ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ պետությունների ծխախոտի արտադրանքի ակցիզների բնագավառում հարկային քաղաքականության սահմանման սկզբունքների վերաբերյալ, որի համաձայն որոշում Է ընդունվել 2022 թվականին սահմանել սիգարետների միասնական ինդիկատիվ հարկադրույք (միջին արժեք, որից կարող Է ելնել յուրաքանչյուր երկիր իր ակցիզը սահմանելիս) հազար հատի համար 35 եվրոյի չափով: Միջին արժեքն ընտրվել Է եվրոյով, քանի որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների ակցիզների հարկադրույքները սահմանված են ազգային արժույթով:  
Մշակվել Է նաեւ ինդիկատիվ հարկադրույքներից փաստական հարկադրույքների շեղումների ընդգրկույթը. Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի եւ ՌԴ-ի համար շեղման չափը պետք Է լինի 15 տոկոսից ոչ ավելի դեպի նվազումը եւ 20 տոկոսից ոչ ավելի դեպի մեծացումը: Հայաստանի, Ղրղզստանի եւ առաջին գնային խմբի սիգարետների նկատմամբ (Էժան տեսականի) Բելառուսի համար՝ 30 տոկոսից ոչ ավելի դեպի նվազումը եւ 20 տոկոսից ոչ ավելի դեպի մեծացումը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
