Ռազմագիտության դասասենյակն անվանակոչվեց հայրենիքի պաշտպանության դիրքերում զոհված զինծառայողի անունով

 Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գանձակ գյուղի թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցի նախնական զինվորական պատրաստության դասասենյակը հանդիսավոր պայմաններում անվանակոչվեց նույն դպրոցի շրջանավարտ, Հայկական բանակի զինծառայող, Ապրիլյան հերոսամարտերի մասնակից, 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Թալիշի պաշտպանական դիրքերում թշնամու գնդակից զոհված Գուրգեն Ավետիքի Այվազյանի անունով: «Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ դասասենյակի անվանակոչության միջոցառմանը մասնակցեցին Գուրգեն Այվազյանի ծնողներն ու հարազատները, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը, ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը, Գանձակի գյուղապետ Արմեն Պողոսյանը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի եւ Գավառի զինկոմիսարիատի պատասխանատու աշխատակիցներ, Գավառի տարածքի հանրակրթական դպրոցների զինղեկները, Գանձակի միջնակարգ երկու դպրոցների մանկավարժական կոլեկտիվները եւ աշակերտները: Միջոցառմանը Գավառի զինկոմիսարիատի հրավերով մասնակցում էր նաեւ Գուրգենի զորամասի հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչը:
Բացելով հանդիպումը՝ դպրոցի տնօրեն Հրաչիկ Ասատրյանը նշեց, որ Գուրգեն Այվազյանի անունն այսուհետեւ արժանիորեն կրելու է դպրոցի նախնական զինվորական պատրաստություն առարկայի դասասենյակը, քանի որ իրենց սիրելի աշակերտն իր ապրած կյանքով ու կատարած սխրանքով վաստակել է անմահության իրավունքը: «Գուրգենը ոչ միայն իր ծնողների ու ընտանիքի անդամների, այլ նաեւ մեր դպրոցի սիրելին էր, ով աչքի էր ընկնում իր ուսումնատենչությամբ, կարգապահությամբ ու աշխատասիրությամբ: Դպրոցն ավարտելուց հետո նա ուսումը շարունակեց Գավառի պետական համալսարանում, որտեղի ց էլ 2015 թվականի հունվարին զորակոչվեց Հայոց բանակ: Ապրիլյան հերոսամարտի օրերին նա Թալիշում մասնակցեց թշնամու դեմ մղվող մարտերին ու իր ընկերների հետ ողջ-առողջ կռեց հաղթանակը: Բայց, ցավոք, երբ նրա ծառայության ավարտին մնացել էին հաշվված ամիսներ, մարտական դիրքում հերոսաբար զոհ գնաց թշնամու գնդակին: Նրա անունը այսուհետ կապրի մեր սրտերում, մեր աշակերտների շուրթերին»,- նշեց դպրոցի տնօրենը:
Դասասենյակի ժապավենի կտրման պատիվը տրվեց հերոսի ծնողներին՝ Ավետիք եւ Սիրամարգ Այվազյաններին: Ապա միջոցառումը շարունակվեց անվանակոչված դասասենյակում, որտեղ ստեղծված հերոսի անկյունում ցուցադրվում էին Գուրգեն Այվազյանի զինվորական հագուստներն ու իրերը, լուսանկարները: Դպրոցի աշակերտները ներկայացրին Գուրգեն Այվազյանի կյանքի ուղին՝ դպրոցից մինչեւ համալսարան ու զինվորական կյանք, նրա անմահ սխրանքի համազգային նշանակությունը՝ հանդիսավոր երդվելով, որ իրենցից յուրաքանչյուրը, անկախ տարիքից, իրեն համարում է Գուրգեն Այվազյան, նրա կիսատ թողած գործի շարունակող: «Այսօր մեկ անգամ եւս մենք ցավում ենք մեր Գուրգենի կորստով, սակայն հպարտանում, որ մեր հողը նման հերոս զավակ է ծնել: Նրա սխրանքն անմահ է, քանի դեռ ապրում է մեր երկիրը, քանի դեռ գործելու է այս դասասենյակը, որտեղ դաս անցկացնող յուրաքանչյուր աշակերտ հնչեցնելու է Գուրգենի սուրբ անունը, անուն, որը ոչ միայն իր ծնողների, այլ նաեւ համայն հայության հպարտությունն է»,- ամփոփիչ խոսքում նշեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:
